Stickers are images you can add to text messages that give you more options than the usual emoji or smileys. WhatsApp doesn't actually support the use of stickers, but you can use images. There are plenty of sticker apps available on your device's app store, and WhatsApp also lets you attach any image you want. This means that you can use any image as a potential sticker if you wish.

Method 1 of 2: Using the Sticker App
Step 1. Understand how stickers work in WhatsApp
WhatsApp doesn't actually support stickers. Instead, you will attach an image to your WhatsApp message. There are various applications that contain collections of images that are similar to stickers. You can add this to your message so recipients see it.
Unfortunately, because WhatsApp doesn't have stickers, you can't use animated stickers on WhatsApp. However, you can send short video clips
Step 2. Open your device's app store
There are many apps available that offer thousands of different stickers and a variety of other messaging services. The sticker app is available for iOS and Android.
Step 3. Search for a sticker app
When choosing sticker apps, make sure you don't install apps that require multiple permissions. Read the review to see if the app is easy to use for other WhatsApp users. Some of the popular applications are:

Step 4. Open the sticker app to search for stickers
Most sticker apps have more than one sticker category. Many apps have free sticker options as well as paid sticker options. Find the most appropriate sticker for your message.
Step 5. Tap the sticker you want to use
This will select the sticker you want to add to WhatsApp.
Step 6. Add the sticker of your choice to WhatsApp
This process varies depending on the application you are using.
- Emojidom - Emojidom is a keyboard and message screen. When your message and enter the sticker you want. Tap the "Share" button once you're done then select "WhatsApp". You can also tap the "Attach" button in WhatsApp and select the Emojidom album to select the stickers.
- Smileys and Memes for Chat – Tap the sticker you want to send to WhatsApp. Once the sticker is selected, tap on "WhatsApp" in the bottom right corner. Edit as you like, then tap the "Done" button. WhatsApp will open, and you can choose which conversation you want to add the sticker to.
- Stickers Free – Tap the sticker you want to add to your WhatsApp conversation. Select "WhatsApp" from the list of messaging apps. Tap "Open in WhatsApp" to open the WhatsApp app. Select the conversation you want to paste the sticker on.
- ChatStickerz – Find and tap the sticker you want to add to WhatsApp. Select WhatsApp from the list of applications. If you don't see WhatsApp, tap "More" and activate WhatsApp. Select the conversation to which you want to add a sticker.
Method 2 of 2: Using Another Image
Step 1. Understand that WhatsApp treats stickers like images
Because WhatsApp doesn't support stickers, so you will send regular pictures. You can search for images for stickers online, then save them for later sending as stickers on WhatsApp.
WhatsApp does not have animated stickers. The image will be sent, but only a still image is displayed
Step 2. Find the image you want to send as a sticker
You can send any image with WhatsApp, so if you find something online that you think would make a great sticker, you can use it. You can save images from any site if you think it's good.
Step 3. Save the image in your device
Once you find the image you want to use, press and hold to open the image menu. Select "Save Image" to save the image into the Gallery or Photos app on your device.
Step 4. Attach the photo to your WhatsApp message
Tap the "Attach" button on the conversation screen and select the image that is on your device. Your saved images may be in the "Downloads" album.
Step 5. Select the image you want to use as a sticker
The smaller the image size, the more it will look like a sticker.
