This wikiHow teaches you how to block a contact from being able to call or message you on the Viber app on your iPhone or iPad.

Step 1. Open the Viber app on your iPhone or iPad
The Viber app is marked by a white phone icon with a purple speech bubble that usually appears on the home screen, or folders on the page.
Step 2. Touch the Contacts tab
This button looks like a bust and is displayed in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. A list of all contacts will be displayed.
Step 3. Touch the corresponding contact name on the list
The contact's profile card will be displayed.
Make sure there is a purple Viber icon next to the contact name on the list. If you don't see the icon, the contact is not using Viber
Step 4. Touch the white pencil icon
It's in the top-right corner of a contact's profile. With this icon, you can edit user information in the contact list.
Step 5. Touch Block this Contact
This option is at the bottom of the editing page. The selected contact will be immediately blocked so he can't message you or contact you.
When you block a contact on Viber, they can still send you messages or call you via your regular phone number. This block only applies to the Viber app
Step 6. Touch Save
It's in the upper-right corner of the screen. The new settings will be saved afterwards.
