This wikiHow teaches you how to install and use ES File Explorer to download a folder of all its contents from your Google Drive account to your Android device's storage space. ES File Explorer is a third-party file manager app that you can download from the Play Store.
Step
Step 1. Download and install ES File Explorer from Play Store
Search for "ES File Explorer File Management" on the Google Play Store, and click the “ INSTALL ” to download it.
Step 2. Open ES File Explorer on the device
The ES app icon looks like a blue folder that is usually shown in the device's app menu.
Step 3. Tap the three lines icon in the top left corner of the screen
The navigation menu will be displayed on the left side of the screen.
Step 4. Scroll down and select Network on the menu bar
The list of networks you can add to the ES library will expand.
Step 5. Touch Cloud on the “Network” list
A new pop-up window will open and display a list of internet storage (cloud) applications that can be used.
Step 6. Touch Gdrive on the pop-up window
This option looks like a Drive triangle icon. You will be asked to sign in to your Google account in a new window.
Step 7. Sign in to Google account
Type in your email address or phone number, tap “ Next ”, enter the account password, and select “ Sign in ”.
Step 8. Touch the blue Allow button
Step 9. Touch the Drive account already saved in the ES app
Locate the Drive account on the “Cloud” page, then touch the icon to view its contents. A list of all the files and folders in your Drive account will appear.
Step 10. Touch and hold the folder you want to download
The folder in the list will be selected and marked.

Step 11. Touch the button
Button labeled “ More ” It's in the lower-right corner of the screen. A pop-up menu with all the options will be displayed.
Step 12. Select Copy to from the “More” menu
With this option, you can copy all the contents of the folder and download it to the device's internal memory or SD card.
Alternatively, you can choose " Move to " This option will remove the selected folder from the Drive account and move it to the device.
Step 13. Select the download destination folder
Find the folder where you want to save the copied content from your Drive account. After that, touch the folder name on the list.
Step 14. Touch OK button
The selected folder and all its contents will be downloaded to the device.
