This wikiHow teaches you how to get paid in-app content for free on your Android device. You can use a free application called Lucky Patcher to do this. Keep in mind that not all apps can be hacked this way, especially if they only work on a network (eg some apps with online multiplayer mode). Most of Lucky Patcher's features also require a rooted Android phone.

Part 1 of 4: Preparing the Device
Step 1. Understand the limitations
While it's powerful, the app you'll be using to modify in-app purchases doesn't work 100% on apps from the Google Play Store. Also, getting paid content in apps for free is a violation of Google's terms of service and illegal in most places/countries.
You also can't hack paid content for online games because you have to abuse the game's online servers
Step 2. Enable downloading from unknown sources
With this option, you can download Lucky Patcher directly from the website.
Lucky Patcher is not available on Google Play Store
Step 3. Download the app you want to hack
Before downloading and installing Lucky Patcher on the device, make sure the app whose paid content you want to get is already installed on the device.
Step 4. Root your Android device if necessary
If you want to use Lucky Patcher to gain complete control over the apps on your device, you need to root your phone.
While you can use Lucky Patcher without rooting your device, the number of options or apps you can hack is very limited
Part 2 of 4: Downloading and Installing Lucky Patcher
Step 1. Open Google Chrome
Tap the Chrome icon, which looks like a red, yellow, green, and blue ball. Google Chrome will open after that.
Step 2. Visit the Lucky Patcher site
Enter https://www.luckypatchers.com/download/ into the address bar at the top of the screen to open the Lucky Patcher download site.
Step 3. Swipe the screen and touch DOWNLOAD LUCKY PATCHER APK
It's a green button at the bottom of the page. After that, Lucky Patcher will immediately be downloaded to the SD card or the device's internal storage space.
- As of May 2018, the latest version of Lucky Patcher is 7.2.9.
- You may need to confirm your selection before Chrome allows you to download the app's APK file.
Step 4. Install Lucky Patcher
Once Lucky Patcher has finished downloading, follow these steps:
- Open a file manager application (eg ES File Explorer or the device's built-in file manager application).
- Select the device's primary storage directory (e.g. " Internal ”).
- Touch the folder " Download ”.
- Touch the ZIP folder” LuckyPatchers.com ” (You may need to select “ ES Zip Viewer ” from the pop-up menu before continuing).
- Tap on the Lucky Patcher APK file.
- Swipe the screen and touch " INSTALL ”.
Part 3 of 4: Using Lucky Patcher on Rooted Android Device
Step 1. Open Lucky Patcher
Touch OPEN ” after Lucky Patcher is installed, or select the Lucky Patcher icon which looks like a yellow smiley face.
Step 2. Update the app if prompted
If Lucky Patcher notifies you that an update is available, touch “ Updates ” when the command window is displayed, then allow Lucky Patcher to download the update. Once the update process is complete, you can hack the desired game or app.
Step 3. Find the app with the desired paid content
Scroll through the list of apps until you find the app that needs to be hacked, then make sure the app shows an "InApp purchases found" label under its name.
- You can't remove paid content from apps that don't have an "InApp purchases found" label under their name.
- If the app name is displayed in red or orange, it is possible that the app cannot be hacked.
Step 4. Select the application
Touch the name of the app to expand its menu. You can see several options under the app name.
Step 5. Touch Menu of Patches
This option is in the expanded menu, below the application name.
Step 6. Free paid content on the app
For some applications, you may see the option “ Support patch for InApp and LVL emulation ” on the expanded menu. If yes, touch the option and select “ Apply ” so that paid content does not ask for payment.
This option is not always available for all applications
Step 7. Install the customization patch
If a customization patch is available, you can remove features such as payment restrictions. In addition, some customization patches also add unlimited tokens or currency to the game so you can "buy" paid content, without spending any money at all:
- Touch " Custom patches ”.
- Check the box next to the patch you want to install.
- Touch " Patch ”.
- Touch " Apply ”.
- Choose " Launch ” to use the patched application.
Step 8. Install multi-patch
Multi-patch allows you to install multiple standard patches at once so you can remove both paid purchases and licenses at the same time if the app supports them:
- Touch " Multi-patch ”.
- Check the box next to each patch you want to install.
- Touch " Apply ”.
Step 9. Remove license verification
If you have the option to remove license verification, you can use the paid version of the app for free:
- Select the application and touch " Menu of Patches ”.
- Touch " Remove License Verification ”.
- Touch " Auto Modes ”.
- Choose " Apply ”.
- Follow the instructions shown on the screen.
Step 10. Download all customization patches for the app
To download any available customization patch for the game/app, touch “ ⋮ ” in the upper right corner of the screen, then select “ Download custom patches ” in the drop-down menu. Thus, the patch will be installed on every app that supports the custom patch that works to remove paid purchases.
This procedure makes some applications unstable, and even the device may experience errors due to too much content being downloaded and installed
Step 11. Open the hacked app
Touch OPEN ” at the bottom of the screen, then wait for the app to finish loading.
Step 12. Get paid content for free
If the patch works, you can select the content and add it to the content list, without paying anything.
You may see the text " Connecting to Google Play Store " or something similar appearing briefly
Part 4 of 4: Using Lucky Patcher on Unrooted Android Device
Step 1. Understand that you may not be able to hack the desired application
Although you only see rooted device specific options on the version of Lucky Patcher you are using, they do not work if your device is not rooted. This means that the best thing to do is to create a modified version of the app in question and delete the original version.
Step 2. Open Lucky Patcher
Touch OPEN ” after Lucky Patcher is installed, or select the Lucky Patcher icon which looks like a yellow smiley face.
Step 3. Update the app if prompted
If Lucky Patcher notifies you that an update is available, touch “ Updates ” when the command window is displayed, then allow Lucky Patcher to download the update. Once the update process is complete, you can hack the desired game or app.
Step 4. Find the app with the desired paid content
Scroll through the list of apps until you find the app that needs to be hacked, then make sure the app shows an "InApp purchases found" label under its name.

Step 5. Select the application
Touch the name of the app to expand its menu. You can see several options under the app name.
Step 6. Touch Menu of Patches
This option is in the expanded menu, below the application name.
Step 7. Touch APK Rebuilt for InApp and LVL Emulation
This option is in the expanded menu.
If the option is not available, you cannot remove paid content from the selected app
Step 8. Touch Rebuild The App
You can find this option at the bottom of the screen. Lucky Patcher will create a modified APK file for the selected application.
Step 9. Touch Go to file when prompted
A new menu will be opened after that.
Step 10. Touch Uninstall and install
It's at the bottom of the screen.
Step 11. Touch Yes when prompted
The original version of the hacked app will be removed and the modified version will be installed on the device.
Step 12. Touch OK when prompted, then select INSTALL.
With this option, you confirm the installation of the modified version of the selected application.
Installation only takes a few seconds
Step 13. Open the app
Touch OPEN ” at the bottom of the screen, then wait for the app to finish loading.
Step 14. Get paid content for free
If the hack is successful, you can get paid content for free by following these steps:
- Touch the " Purchase " button or icon on/next to the content.
- Wait for the Lucky Patcher window to load.
- Check the "Auto-repeat purchases with the current settings" box.
- Touch " Yes ”.
- Repeat the procedure as needed.
Tips
- Not all applications have the same options. If you do not find the desired option for the selected application, browse the different content menus in the “ Menu of Patches ” to see if there are steps to outsmart it.
- When trying to get paid content from games for free, using a custom patch that offers unlimited game currency/tokens is more effective than freeing up paid content.

- Getting paid content for free is illegal in most countries/regions.
