Clearing the cache of the browser will delete site data from the phone. If the device cache is full, clearing the cache will speed up the phone's performance. However, sites you've visited may load slower. There may be different ways to clear this cache, depending on the browser you are using.

Method 1 of 7: Android Default Browser ("Browser")
Step 1. Open an internet browser, then tap the Menu button (⋮)
If your device has a physical menu button, you can also press it to access the same options.
Step 2. Tap "Settings" from the bottom of the menu that appears
Step 3. Tap on "Privacy & security"
Your browser's privacy settings will appear.
Step 4. Tap "Clear Cache" at the top of the menu
You will be asked to confirm the cache deletion.
Method 2 of 7: Samsung Browser ("Internet")
Step 1. Open the Samsung browser ("Internet"), then tap the Menu button (⋮)
If your Samsung device has a physical menu button, you can also press it to access the same options.
Step 2. Tap "Settings" from the menu
A new screen will open.
Step 3. From the "Advanced" section, tap on the "Privacy" option
Your browser's privacy settings will appear.
Step 4. Tap "Delete personal data. " A list of check boxes will appear.
Step 5. Check the checkboxes for the "Cache" and "Cookies and site data" entries, then tap "Done. " All cached data will be deleted from Samsung browser.

Step 1. Open Google Chrome, then tap the Menu button (⋮)
You may need to scroll through the page to view it.
Step 2. Tap "Settings" on the menu that appears
If your phone is small, you may need to scroll through the menus to see the options.
Step 3. From the "Advanced" section, tap on the "Privacy" option
Your browser's privacy settings will appear.
Step 4. Scroll down, then tap "Clear Browsing Data" at the bottom of the "Privacy" menu
Step 5. Check the "Cache", "Cookies" and "Site data" options, then tap "Clear"
All cached data will be deleted from Chrome.
Method 4 of 7: Mozilla Firefox
Step 1. Open Firefox, then tap the Menu button (⋮) in the top right corner of the screen
You may need to scroll through the page to view it.
Step 2. Tap "Settings" from the Firefox menu
A new screen will open.
Step 3. Tap on “Privacy” option
Your browser's privacy settings will appear.
Step 4. Swipe the screen, then tap the "Clear now" option in the "Clear private data" section
Step 5. Check the "Cache" option, then tap "Clear Data"
All cached data (and any other data you choose) will be deleted from Firefox.
Method 5 of 7: Opera
Step 1. Open Opera, then tap the "O" button in the lower right corner of the screen
A small Opera menu will appear.
Step 2. Tap the gear-shaped "Settings" icon
Step 3. Tap "Clear browsing data. " A new menu will appear on the screen.
Step 4. Check the "Clear cookies and data" option, then tap "OK. "' All your browsing data, including cache, will be erased.
Method 6 of 7: Dolphin
Step 1. Open Dolphin, then tap the Dolphin icon at the bottom of the screen to open the menu
This icon will only appear when you are at the top of the site.
Step 2. Tap on the broom-shaped “Clear data” icon
Step 3. Make sure the "Cache and site data" option is checked
Generally, this option is checked by default.
Step 4. Tap "Clear selected data. " The Dolphin cache will be cleared, and the application will be closed.
Method 7 of 7: Any Browser
Step 1. Open the Settings menu on the device
You can clear the cache of any browser through this menu. After the cache is cleared, you will need to log back into your browser account, and the browser settings will return to factory settings.
Step 2. Select the "Apps" or "Application" option, depending on the device you are using
Step 3. Find and tap the name of the browser you want to clean
All your downloaded apps will appear in the "Downloaded" tab. If the browser you are using is the default one, go to the "All" tab.
Step 4. Tap on "Clear Data"
You will be asked to confirm the action. Tap "OK" to clear the entire app data.
