Connecting Samsung Duos to your computer will allow you to efficiently organize your media files, and load files quickly by dragging and dropping files. Connecting the two devices turned out to be easy.

Method 1 of 2: Getting Started
Step 1. Download Samsung USB driver at
Step 2. Install the driver by opening the downloaded file and following the provided guide
Step 3. Make sure the memory card is installed in the phone
If the phone does not have a memory card, it will not be read on the computer.
Method 2 of 2: Connecting Samsung Duos
Step 1. Get a USB cable to be able to connect the two devices
The USB cable should be included in your Samsung Duos package.
Step 2. Check the cable
To make sure the cable you are using is the right one, plug the smaller end of the cable into the charging port of your phone.
Step 3. Connect the phone to the PC by connecting the small end of the cable to the phone, and the wide end of the cable to the USB port on your computer
Step 4. Find your phone on the computer
Go to "My Computer" and search for your device. You should be able to find the device -- once you find it, double-click your device. Now, you can access the files on your device on your PC.
