Step 1. Download 7-Zip
If you don't have one, you can get it on SourceForge.

Step 2. Find and download the modification for Euro Truck Simulator

Step 3. Locate the Euro Truck Simulator base file
SCS.
Navigate to Program Files/Euro Truck Simulator, and in it you will find the base. SCS file. Copy the file.
Step 4. Open My Documents
Look for the Euro Truck Simulator folder, and inside it is a folder called "Mod."

Paste the base. SCS file into the Mod folder.

Step 5. Unzip the new mod file
Look for the Euro Truck Simulator mod file with. RAR extension that you downloaded.

Right-click the file, and from the contextual menu, Click the Extract Here button to extract the mod file.

Step 6. Copy the
SCS.
Select and copy all the. SCS files extracted by 7-Zip.

Paste the. SCS files earlier. Go back to the Euro Truck Simulator/Mod folder in which you pasted the base. SCS file, and paste the. SCS files for modification into the same folder.

Step 7. Start the game-your truck must be modified

Step 1. Find and download the modification for Euro Truck Simulator

Step 2. Extract the mod file
Double click on the mod file you downloaded, and extract the file to Desktop
Find, select and copy all extracted. SCS files
Step 3. Locate your Euro Truck Simulator folder
In Spotlight, type "euro truck simulator." The folder should be at the top of your search results.
Open the Euro Truck Simulator folder, and within it, locate and open the "mods" folder
Step 4. Add your modifications
Paste the. SCS file you copied from the Desktop into the Euro Truck Simulator mod folder.
Step 5. Start the game-your truck must be modified
Tips
You can get modifications for the game like maps, new trucks, trailers, new textures, roads, cities, vehicles and other utilities like new menus, language modifications etc

- Some modifications may clash with other modifications, so be careful!
- Scan all files with antivirus, just in case there are files that contain viruses.
