This wikiHow teaches you how to download an Uber truck via the Uber app or the English website. After the ride ends, the receipt will be sent automatically to the email address associated with your Uber account. Your receipts can be viewed directly in the Uber app, or you can ask Uber to resend your receipts to your email address via the riders.uber.com web page.

Part 1 of 2: Re-Requesting a Receipt Via Email
Step 1. Go to https://riders.uber.com/ in your browser
You can use any browser on your computer or phone.
Step 2. Sign in to Uber
Use the email address or phone number, and password associated with your account to log in to Uber.
Step 3. Touch
It's in the top-left corner of the app's page. By touching this button, the menu will open. If you are visiting the web page on a computer, this button does not need to be clicked. The menu is already available on the left side of the web page.
Step 4. Touch or click My Trips
This button is the first option in the menu available on the left side of the web page. This button will display all the trips you have taken with Uber.
Step 5. Choose a trip
Touch or click the trip you want to re-request.
Step 6. Touch or click Resend
The travel receipt will be resent to your email address.
You can also view the receipt via the Uber app. Touch the button to open the menu bar, then tap “Your Trips”, select a trip, then tap “Receipt”
Part 2 of 2: Downloading Trucks in PDF Format
Step 1. Check the email address
Uber trucks are sent by email.
Step 2. Open the email
If you can't find an email with an Uber receipt in your inbox, check your spam or trash folder.
Step 3. Click the print button
The print button will vary depending on the email application you are using.
- Gmail:, Click the icon in the upper-right corner of the email that looks like a printing press.
- Outlook:, Open the email, right-click the contents of the email and then click “Print”.
- Apple Mail:, Click "File" in the menu column then click "Export to PDF".
Step 4. Select the PDF format on the printer
In the Gmail app, click the “Change” button next to the trip destination. In the Outlook application, use the menu to select the PDF software to use.
Step 5. Click Print
The Uber truck will be saved as a PDF.
