Step
Method 1 of 5: Baking Old Style Cupcakes
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 162ºC
Step 2. Arrange the paper cupcake liners or paper liners in rows on the baking sheet
Set aside the pan.
Step 3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl
Combine 190 grams of cake flour (which is not the self-rising type), 15 grams of flour without bleach, 400 grams of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 3/4 tsp of salt in a bowl. Stir the ingredients until combined, for about 3 minutes.
Step 4. Add 4 sticks of unsalted butter to the dough
Stir until the butter is coated with flour.
Step 5. Add 4 large eggs to the mixture, one at a time
Add eggs to the mixture one at a time until each egg is evenly mixed into the mixture.
Step 6. Add 240 ml whole milk and 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract to the mixture
Stir the ingredients together until everything is thoroughly mixed. Set aside time to scrape the bottom of the bowl so that no ingredients remain.
Step 7. Fill each cupcake paper container with batter until 2/3 full
This will leave enough room for the cupcakes to rise.
Step 8. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes
After 15 minutes, start sticking toothpicks into the cupcakes. If the toothpick looks clean when you remove it from the cupcake, it means the cupcake is ready and needs to be removed from the oven. Check back every two minutes until the cupcakes are ready.
Step 9. Make cake decorations or frosting
You can make this decoration while the cupcakes are baking. To make the frosting, simply combine 2 sticks of melted butter, 300 grams of powdered sugar, 120 ml of milk and 2 tsp of vanilla extract together. Beat the mixture with a mixing spoon until smooth and gradually add the remaining 300 grams of powdered sugar, until the mixture is soft and rich in taste.
Step 10. Cool the cupcakes
Refrigerate the cupcakes for about 3 to 4 minutes so the frosting won't melt on top.
Step 11. Decorate the cupcakes with frosting
Use a tablespoon or dough spoon to spread enough frosting on top of the cupcakes.
Step 12. Serve
Enjoy these delicious cupcakes any time they are cold.
Method 2 of 5: Baking Black and White Cupcakes
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 176ºC
Step 2. Line 24 6 cm muffin tins with paper bowls or paper baking cups in a baking dish
Set aside the pan.
Step 3. Mix the chocolate milk, oil, eggs and cake mix flour in a large bowl
Mix 320 ml of milk chocolate, 120 ml of canola oil, 3 eggs, 1 pack of 546 gram dark chocolate cake batter together in a bowl.
Step 4. Stir the ingredients
Mix all the ingredients together with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl, then beat the mixture on medium speed again for two minutes.
Step 5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin with a spoon
Spoon the batter into the bowls with a spoon until they are 2/3 full, which will give the cupcakes room to rise.
Step 6. Bake for 18 to 24 minutes
After 15 minutes, start sticking toothpicks into the cupcakes. If the toothpick looks clean when you remove it from the cupcake, it means the cupcake is ready and needs to be removed from the oven. Check back every two minutes until the cupcakes are ready. After that remove the cupcake from the pan and let the cupcake cool on a special wire cake rack.
Step 7. Make the marshmallow filling
You can make this filling while the cupcakes are baking. Heat 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a bowl with a special lid for the microwave in the microwave. Then, pour and stir 1.5 jars of 196 gram marshmallow cream into the melted butter. After that, microwave the cream and butter mixture again for 1 minute. Refrigerate this mixture for 2 minutes and then beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute, until the dough is smooth and perfect.
Step 8. Slice in the center at the bottom of each cupcake 1.27 cm long
Place the marshmallow filling with a spoon into a pastry bag or pastry bag with a rounded tip. Insert the filling through the slits using the funnel of the pastry bag.
Step 9. Combine 160 ml heavy cream and 1 tbsp light corn syrup in a small saucepan
Cook the ingredients over medium heat until it boils. Then, pour the contents of 1 pack of 280 gram dark choco chips into the solution and stir until everything is really soft. Allow the dough to cool until it thickens, for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 10. Dip the top of the cupcake into the chocolate mixture
Smooth the top of the cupcake with a knife if needed. Then, place the cupcakes in another baking paper container and allow the chocolate to harden a little.
Step 11. Place the cake frosting or vanilla frosting with a spoon into the pastry bag
This bag should have a small rounded end. Draw a line with small circles around the center of each cake -- the circles should be spaced slightly apart from each other. Then wait a few minutes for the chocolate mixture to harden.
Step 12. Serve
Enjoy this delicious treat on its own or with a glass of milk.
Method 3 of 5: Cupcake Tiramisu
Step 1. Preheat your oven to 162º C
Step 2. Line a standard muffin tin with parchment paper
Step 3. Sift cake flour, baking powder, and salt
Sift 137 grams of cake flour (which is not the self-rising type), 3/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp coarse salt together.
Step 4. Cut a vanilla bean lengthwise in half
Scrape the seeds then save.
Step 5. Heat 60 ml of milk with vanilla fruit and seeds in a saucepan over medium heat
Heat only until bubbles appear around the edges of the pan. Then turn off the fire.
Step 6. Beat 4 tbsp unsalted butter until melted
Then let the mixture sit for 15 minutes until it thickens.
Step 7. Strain the milk mixture through a sieve into a bowl
Remove the vanilla seeds.
Step 8. Beat eggs, egg yolks, and sugar together
Use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat 3 eggs, 3 egg yolks, and 200 grams of sugar together.
Step 9. Place the dough bowl over a pot of boiling water
Beat the ingredients by hand until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is warm. This step takes about 5 to 6 minutes. After that remove the bowl from the hot water.
Step 10. Beat the dough with an electric mixer on high speed
Continue beating until the mixture is pale yellow, smooth, and thick enough to form a ribbon on the surface of the dough for a few seconds when the whisk is lifted.
Step 11. Combine the flour mixture into the egg mixture in three stages
First, stir 120 ml of flour mixture into the milk mixture to thicken it, then pour the milk mixture into the whole mixture until you can combine all the ingredients.
Step 12. Fill each cake tin 2/3 full
This will leave enough room for the cupcakes to rise. Distribute evenly throughout the container.
Step 13. Bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes
Rotate the pan when the baking time is half past. Continue cooking until the center of the cupcake is solid -- you can check this by sticking a toothpick into the center of the cupcake -- and until the edges of the cupcake turn a light golden brown. After that, transfer the pan to a special wire cake rack to cool the cupcakes completely.
Step 14. Make the syrup
To make the syrup, mix together 80 ml of strong flavored coffee, 30 ml of marsala wine, 50 grams of granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves. Cool the syrup.
Step 15. Brush the syrup over the top of the cupcake
Continue this step until all the syrup is used up. Allow the cupcakes to soak up the syrup solution for 30 minutes.
Step 16. Make the garnish or frosting
Beat 240 ml heavy cream using an electric mixer on medium speed. Then beat 240 ml of mascarpone cheese with 50 grams of sifted powdered sugar until the dough becomes soft. After that, combine the heavy cream mixture into the cheese mixture until well blended.
Step 17. Pour the frosting over the cupcakes with a spoon
Place the cupcakes stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight to set the frosting on the cupcakes.
Step 18. Serve
Sprinkle this delicious treat with cocoa powder and enjoy anytime.
Method 4 of 5: Cupcake with Five Ingredients
Step 1. Gather your materials
Step 2. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Step 3. Add your butter and sugar
Stir until the dough is light and fluffy and well mixed. You can start stirring with a wooden spoon as the butter can easily stick to the hand whisk.
Step 4. Slowly pour in the eggs and mix well each time you add them
The dough will be thinner than before.
Step 5. Add flour that has been mixed with baking powder little by little and mix
When you complete this step your dough will clump together. Don't worry, just smooth the dough again by kneading it on a higher speed.
Step 6. Pour the prepared dough into a small cupcake tin and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes
Step 7. Spread the icing or frosting on top of the cupcakes and serve
