Thai-style Spicy Shrimp Fried Rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 220 grams of peeled and cleaned prawns
- 110 grams of chopped spring onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 chopped Thai chili
- 3/4 liter of rice
- 110 grams of chopped broccoli
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce

Method 1 of 3: Simple Shrimp Fried Rice
Step 1. Cook the rice
You can cook rice or use pre-prepared rice.
Step 2. Fry the onions and peppers in vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat
Fry for about two minutes until the onions change color, then remove.
Step 3. Put the prawns and vegetable oil in a separate frying pan over medium heat
Fry for three to four minutes until the prawns change color.
Step 4. Put the rice and prawns in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil on medium heat
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of sesame oil and cook until the flavors combine. Stir and fry the ingredients for three minutes until cooked, then remove from the heat or reduce the heat.
Step 5. Add seasoning
Season the fried rice, at least salt and pepper, then stir again.

Method 2 of 3: Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice
Step 1. Heat two tablespoons of peanut oil in a large frying pan over medium heat
