This wikiHow teaches you how to change the primary address on your Apple ID account. The primary address is also used as the billing address for the payment method used to purchase something at an Apple store, such as the iTunes store, Apps store, or Apple Online Store.

Step 1. Open iPhone settings
The app icon is a gray gear on the home screen.
This application can also be found in the "Utilities" folder
Step 2. Scroll down the screen and tap iCloud
You can find it in the fourth row of the menu options.
Step 3. Touch your Apple ID email address
It's at the top of the screen.
Step 4. Sign in with your Apple ID account if necessary
Step 5. Touch Contact Information
This is the first option under your Apple ID email address.
Step 6. Touch your primary address which is in the center of the screen
Note: If you have a different shipping address saved in your Apple ID profile, first visit appleid.apple.com, then sign in to your account. To edit the shipping address from there, touch Payment+Edit Shipping Address
Step 7. Edit the associated address information
Touch the address field you want to edit, and touch to delete it. Type your current information next to the address field you want to change.
To change the " State " field, touch the state you were previously in. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap the state you are in now. Check if your new state has appeared next to State
Step 8. Touch Done which is in the top right corner
Now the new primary address has been saved. For some, this is a billing and shipping address. For others, it's just a billing address. You'll receive a message in your primary Apple ID email account confirming this change of address.
