Was your ROBLOX account stolen via a fraudulent link, or did you give it to a stranger who promised to give you something in return? If so, this article will help you get your hacked ROBLOX account back as quickly as possible.
Step
Part 1 of 3: Determining If an Account Has Been Hacked
Step 1. Make sure your account is indeed hacked and you haven't forgotten the password
Sometimes people feel they have been hacked, even though they have just forgotten their account passwords.
We recommend that you use your real email address to create a new ROBLOX account. That way you can reset your password if needed
Step 2. Try not to panic if your account gets stolen
You can still recover your account. First of all, click the forgotten password link on the ROBLOX site.
Step 3. Use email
After entering the email used to register for a ROBLOX account, there should be a new email from ROBLOX in your inbox. Click one of the links and you can change the password from there. Do it quickly.
Part 2 of 3: Using an Email Address
Step 1. Try to stay calm
If your account has been stolen and you don't have your email, don't despair. You will need to create an email address and contact [email protected].
Keep in mind, you must be able to prove that you are the owner of the hacked account. Once you get your account back, make sure you verify the email you sent so you don't lose access to the account again
Part 3 of 3: Recovering an Account without Email
Step 1. Find the hacker's email address
If the account email address has been changed by the hijacker, immediately log in to the email address associated with the ROBLOX account. You will receive an email that your email has been changed. In this email, the hacker's email address is also displayed so that it can be reported.
Step 2. Contact the company
If the hacker verified in their email and your account is completely locked, contact [email protected]. You will be asked to provide a used ROBLOX card or the credit card used to purchase ROBUX or Builders Club on the associated account. After proving that you are the original owner of the account, the email address will be returned.
