This wikiHow teaches you how to review Facebook's “Restricted” friends list and edit its members via iPhone or iPad.

Step 1. Open Facebook via the device's internet browser
Type facebook.com into your browser's address bar and tap the blue Go button on your keyboard.
- You must use a browser to view and edit the “Restricted” friends list. The Facebook mobile app does not allow you to perform this action.
- If it doesn't automatically sign in to your Facebook account, first type in your email address or phone number and password.
Step 2. Access the desktop site through a browser
The Facebook mobile website does not allow you to view and edit “Restricted” lists. Most mobile internet browsers allow you to request and load the desktop version of the currently loaded page.

In Safari, touch the icon
Iphoneblueshare2 at the bottom of the screen and select “ Request Desktop Site ” on the bottom line.
- In Firefox or Chrome, tap the three vertical dots icon in the top right corner of the screen and select “ Request Desktop Site ” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3. Touch the icon
It's in the blue navigation bar in the top-right corner of the news feed page. A drop-down menu will appear after that.
Step 4. Touch Settings (“Settings”) on the menu
The “General Account Settings” page will open.
Step 5. Touch Blocking on the left panel
It's next to the red stop sign icon, on the left side of the settings menu. After that, the user blocking settings will be displayed.
Step 6. Locate the “Restricted List” section
This segment is the first option under the “Manage Blocking” heading in the blocking settings menu.
Step 7. Touch Edit List (“Edit List”) next to the “Restricted List” option (“Restricted List”)
This option is shown in blue text on the right side of the page. A new pop-up window will open showing anyone you added to the restricted users list.
Step 8. Touch the white "X" icon next to the restricted friends
Select a friend's profile photo in the list and tap the "X" icon in the top-right corner of the photo. The friend will be removed from the list.
You may need to zoom in on the screen by dragging two fingers apart on the screen. That way, you can find and touch the “X” icon easily
Step 9. Touch On This List
It's below the “Edit Restricted” heading in the top-left corner of the restricted friends window. A drop-down menu will appear after that.
Step 10. Tap Friends on the drop-down menu
A complete list of your Facebook friends will be displayed.
Step 11. Select the friends you want to limit
Find the friend you want to add to the list and tap their profile photo. The user in question will be immediately added to the list. A blue tick icon will be displayed next to the selected friend.
Step 12. Touch Finish
It's a blue button in the lower-right corner of the “Edit Restricted” window. The changes will be saved to the list and the pop-up window will be closed.
