This article teaches you how to enable call waiting in Android device settings.

Step 1. Open the phone app on the Android device
Usually this application is depicted with a handset icon on the main screen.
- Call waiting is usually activated automatically by the service provider. You don't need to enable it manually unless this feature has been previously turned off for some reason.
- Depending on the Android device model, menu options may vary. Basically, you need to open the menu Arrangement or Settings to find call options.
Step 2. Tap the menu icon
Usually this menu is in the form of three lines ≡ or three dots ⁝ in the top corner of the screen.
Step 3. Tap Settings or Settings.
Step 4. Tap Call Settings or Call Settings or Call Account or Calling Accounts.
Step 5. Tap on your SIM number
If you are using dual SIM, you may have to repeat this step for both SIMs.

Step 6. Tap on Additional settings or Additional settings.
This option is usually at the bottom of the menu.
Step 7. Turn on “Call waiting” or “Call waiting
You may see a radio button, a box to check, or a toggle button. Whatever appears on your screen, tap to make this feature active or selected.
