This wikiHow teaches you how to make calls using a WiFi connection on your Samsung Galaxy device. This guide is intended for setting up English-language devices.

Step 1. Open the Galaxy quick settings menu
Swipe the notification bar from top to bottom to open the quick settings menu.
Step 2. Turn on the WiFi network

Step 9. Select Galaxy phone calling preferences
The options that can be selected are WiFi preferred, Cellular network preferred, and Never use cellular network. Touch the option to use.
- WiFi preferred will prioritize WiFi connection over cellular network for all calls. By selecting this option, you will not be connected to the mobile network when connected to WiFi.
- Cellular network preferred prioritize cellular network over WiFi connection. When there is no cellular network, you will be instantly redirected to a WiFi call.
- Never use cellular network will disable the cellular network and only use WiFi calls. When using this option, you must be connected to WiFi to make calls.
