Method 1 of 3: Contacting Groupon on the Internet

This is the fastest way, although some users report the quality of the available support is lower compared to the phone calls below. The average response time is around 30 minutes, even though the service is open 24 hours.
Step 2. You can use internet forms
This process is longer but more informative. Contact Groupon on their customer support page. If you have questions about an internet order, you must log in using the Groupon or Facebook account used to make the purchase. Otherwise, click the smallest "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page to continue without having to sign in.
Step 3. Find the contact link inside the internet form
This internet form covers a lot of things. If you have general questions about how Groupon functions or how to get a refund, the items on the form can provide you with the information you need. But if you don't find the information helpful, the below is the quickest way to find the actual contact form:
- Return to the first form.
- Choose an option from the first drop-down menu. Choose the option that roughly fits your problem and will lead you to more helpful contacts, but whichever option works.

Step 1. Call during business hours
Groupon customer service is available by telephone Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (UTC-6). Due to the long waiting time, it is not recommended to call after 16:15 unless your matter is urgent.
- Merchant support numbers are available 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time.
- This time zone does not follow daylight saving time.
Step 2. Use an internet callback service (optional)
The average wait for Groupon customer support is about 20 minutes, but you can be delayed for one to two hours. To save time, use a free internet call-back service like LucyPhone. When you use this service, the machine still delays you but will call you when it detects a human voice.
Step 3. Call one of the following numbers
The Groupon site managed to hide this number that you can call:
- Contact 888-373-5777, then press 5 for operator.
- Contact 877-788-7858, then press 6. This number is no longer listed on their website, but according to Groupon customer support it still works and leads to the same results as the number above.
- Many callers have heard that Groupon has several customer service centers where your calls can be diverted. Some of them make you wait very long, or even answer but without a sound. If you are put on hold for more than 15 minutes, hang up and call back.
Method 3 of 3: Contacting Groupon as a Merchant or Press Member
Step 1. Sign up to open a Groupon store
