This wikiHow teaches you how to unsubscribe from the BetterMe app. You can use the free trial version the first time you use it, but you will need to cancel your subscription from Google or Apple to completely unsubscribe from the app's services. If you don't cancel your subscription from Google or Apple, you will still be charged for the service, even after you remove the app from your device.

Method 1 of 4: Canceling Subscription from Google Play Store on Android Device
Step 1. Open Google Play Store
The app icon looks like a sideways triangle in blue, yellow, green, and red. You can find it on your home screen or app drawer, or by searching for it.
Sign in to your account if prompted
Step 2. Touch
You'll see this button in the upper-left corner of the Play Store window.
Step 3. Touch Subscriptions
You can find this option in the first group of menus (along with the "My apps & games" option).
Step 4. Touch BetterMe subscription to select it
The subscription details will load on a new page.
If you don't see the subscription you want, you may have subscribed to a different account and will need to switch to that account before continuing
Step 5. Touch Cancel
After canceling the subscription, you can still use the remaining subscription time until the subscription renewal period. After that, the subscription will not be renewed and you cannot reuse the service from the app.
You may need to enter your Google account login information to continue
Method 2 of 4: Canceling Subscription from Google Play Store on Desktop Computer
Step 1. Visit https://google.play.com via a web browser
You can access this website from a computer, tablet or mobile phone. Use this method if the mobile version of the Google Play Store doesn't work or you can't access the app.

Step 2. Click My subscriptions
You can find this option at the bottom of the menu, on the left side of the page under the " Account " section.
Step 3. Click on BetterMe subscription to select it
Subscription details and information will be loaded.
If you don't find a BetterMe subscription, you may have subscribed using a different account and will need to switch to that account first before continuing
Step 4. Click Manage
To edit a subscription, you need to access the “Manage” section.
Step 5. Click Cancel Subscription
After canceling the subscription, you can still use the remaining subscription time until the subscription renewal period. After that, the subscription will not be renewed and you cannot reuse the service from the app.
Method 3 of 4: Canceling Subscription from Apple Store on iPhone
Step 1. Open the settings menu or “Settings”
This gray gear icon is on the home screen. You can also find it by searching for it.
Step 2. Touch your name
Your name and photo will appear at the top of the screen when you open the settings menu.
Step 3. Touch Subscriptions
This option is in the "Payment & Shipping" section and all active subscriptions will be displayed.
Step 4. Tap on BetterMe subscription
Subscription details and options will be displayed.
If you don't see the subscription, you may be subscribed with another account and will need to switch to that account before continuing

Step 1. Open the App Store
You can find this application icon in the Dock or in the “Applications” folder in the Finder window.

You can find this menu on the left side of the page.
Step 3. Click Manage next to “Subscriptions”
All active subscriptions will be displayed.
Step 4. Click Edit next to BetterMe subscription
The subscription details page will load afterwards.
