Method 1 of 2: Calling eBay Direct
Step 1. Call eBay customer service at 1-866-540-3229 with the US country code
eBay takes calls Monday through Friday from 5:00 to 22:00 PST, and on weekends from 6:00 to 18:00 PST.
Step 2. Press # when prompted, then press "1"
Step 3. Press # again, then press "0"
The average eBay clerk answers the phone within 12 minutes.
Alternatively, you can call eBay at 1-866-643-1587, pressing "4" in the main menu, followed by "6" in the Account menu. However, this method can take up to 18 minutes
Method 2 of 2: Calling eBay from My eBay
Step 1. Visit eBay at https://www.ebay.com/ then click My eBay in the top right corner
Step 2. Log in to your eBay account using your email address and password
Step 3. Click Customer Support in the upper left corner of your eBay session
Step 4. Click Contact eBay
Step 5. Designate the category that best describes your problem
You can choose Buying, Selling, or Account.
Step 6. Select the reason for your inquiry form from the available options in the choice category
For example, if you are a seller and your ad has been removed from eBay, select My item was removed from the Selling category.
Step 7. Select the calling option from the problem description screen
You can call eBay or have an eBay clerk call you.

Step 8. Call eBay at the number shown on the screen and enter the one-time passcode that appears
You will then be connected with an eBay clerk.
