Want to disgust someone with fake shit? There are some great ways to make fake poop as a joke tool. You should already have the ingredients at home. In just a few minutes, you can make fake shit and prank other people.

Method 1 of 3: Making Edible Fake Poop
Step 1. Prepare all the ingredients
For this method, you will need 1.5 cups of powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of peanut butter, 1/3 cup of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of milk. For the utensils, you just need to prepare a large bowl to mix the ingredients. All of these ingredients will form a dough that can be molded into fake dirt.
- The peanut butter used can be creamy or solid. Solid peanut butter can add texture to the finish.
- If you only have creamy peanut butter, but want to give the finished product some texture, add ground peanuts to the mixture.
Step 2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl
There is no order in mixing the ingredients, just put them all in a bowl. After that, stir for two minutes with a large spoon until evenly mixed. Now, the dough should be dark brown and the original shape of the ingredients should no longer be visible.
If your dough is too thick to form, add more milk until it is soft enough. If the mixture is too runny, add cocoa powder or peanut butter
Step 3. Shape your dough
When all the ingredients have been mixed into a dough, start forming fake dirt. The size is up to you, as long as the shape is similar to real poop. Depending on the amount of dough, you should be able to form 6-8 pieces of fake manure.
Step 4. Set aside to dry
Once you've formed all the dough, set it aside on a large plate and don't cover it until it's dry. The milk will cause the dough mixture to remain too moist to work with. Wait until the dough is dry enough to handle.
- This fake poop contains dairy products. You have to use it within a day.
- If you want fake poop to last longer, put it in the refrigerator.
Method 2 of 3: Making Fake Poop from Toilet Tissue Cardboard
Step 1. Fill the bowl with water
This method uses only cardboard toilet paper (without the tissue paper) and water. First, fill a large bowl with water. Make sure the water temperature allows you to put your hands in the water. You can also use the sink so that the water is easy to drain later.
Step 2. Open the toilet paper carton
If you look closely, this cardboard is just rolled up and glued together so that it forms a tube. Usually, the end of the cardboard is pointed and attached to one end of the tube. The cardboard should be soft enough that you can tear it up and make a sheet.
If the cardboard doesn't seem to want to tear, use scissors and cut it lengthwise in half
Step 3. Soak the paper towel rolls
Now, insert and hold the cardboard at the bottom of the bowl filled with water by hand. Leave it for a minute so that the cardboard completely absorbs the water. Once done, the cardboard will become soft and can be molded into fake dirt.
If your cardboard is torn, leave it alone. When the cardboard starts to form, you can simply glue the pieces back together. Only, the cardboard pieces will come off after the dough is dry
Step 4. Shape your fake poop
Remove the cardboard from the water. You can hold the cardboard for a few seconds over the bowl to allow any excess water to drip into it. Form the wet cardboard by laying it on your hands, then clench your fists. The cardboard will knead into fake dirt.
- Like the previous method, it's best to use this fake dung immediately. Otherwise, the cardboard will dry out and decompose.
- You can make fake poop last longer by dripping water on the cardboard when it starts to dry a bit.
Method 3 of 3: Making Fake Stool with Borax
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients
You will need cup of white glue. Ideally, use Elmer's glue, or another white glue. Also, prepare 1 teaspoon of brown food coloring or paint, cup of water, and 1 teaspoon of borax powder. Provide two mixing containers, and one of them should be large enough for final mixing.
- If you don't have chocolate paint or food coloring, use chocolate syrup. However, the amount of syrup needed is more than paint or food coloring.
- Do not use this method if there is a possibility that your pet will eat this fake poop. Borax is a dangerous substance and causes stomach upset, although in small amounts it is not lethal.
Step 2. Mix the ingredients
First, put cup of white glue and brown coloring into the first bowl. Add dye until you reach the desired brown color. Mix the borax and water in a second bowl until the borax is completely dissolved.
- After both mixtures are done, put the borax solution into the first container and keep stirring.
- You'll see the mixture start to thicken and stick, like pudding.
Step 3. Knead the mixture for one minute
After mixing, the dough becomes too thick to be mixed by hand and must be kneaded like dough. Take the borax mixture and press it against the wall of the bowl with your hands. After that, take the dough press and come back. The dough is ready to be shaped when it resembles a ball and there is nothing left on the walls of the bowl.
Step 4. Shape your fake poop
Again, the size is up to you. The dough can be used all together or divided into portions. As a joke, this fake poop is best to step on because it's almost the same texture as real poop compared to other methods.
