This wikiHow teaches you how to sync your Windows version of Outlook.com or Microsoft Outlook contacts to your iPhone.

Method 1 of 2: Syncing Contacts from Outlook.com
Step 1. Open the device settings menu
This menu is usually displayed on the device's home screen.
This method works by adding contacts from Outlook.com (also known as Hotmail.com or Live.com) to iPhone
Step 2. Scroll down and tap Accounts & Passwords
This option is indicated by a gray icon with a white key inside. You can find it in the middle of the menu.
Step 3. Touch Add Account
A list of account types will be displayed.
Step 4. Touch Outlook.com
This option is next to the last option.
Step 5. Sign in to your Outlook account
Type in your email address or phone number and tap “ Next ”, enter the password, then select “ Sign in ”.
Step 6. Touch Yes
Step 7. Select the content you want to sync
Slide the “Contacts” switch to the active position or “On”
then do the same for other information or content you want to sync.
Step 8. Touch Save
It's in the upper-right corner of the screen. The contacts from the Outlook account will be synced with the iPhone afterwards.
Method 2 of 2: Syncing Contacts from Windows Version of Microsoft Outlook
Step 1. Open iCloud control panel on PC
A quick way to access that panel is to type icloud into the search bar at the bottom of the “Start” menu and click “ iCloud ”.
- Use this method if you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer and use it to manage contacts.

Step 2. Sign in to your Apple ID
If you are already logged in, you can skip this step.
Step 3. Check the box next to “Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks With Outlook”
Outlook data will be added along with other content synced to iPhone.
Step 4. Click Apply
It's at the bottom of the window. Contacts from Outlook (including messages, calendar entries, and tasks) are synced to iPhone.
