Using and removing bookmarks in Google Chrome is easy, whether you want to bookmark a favorite site you visit frequently, or a unique and obscure site that you want to find again easily. Read on for this tutorial to learn how to use bookmarks in the popular Chrome browser.

Method 1 of 3: Adding Bookmarks
Step 1. Go to the web page you want to bookmark
Step 2. Look for the star icon in the URL box
Step 3. Click the star
This will bring up a box.
Step 4. Name the bookmark
If you leave it blank, the bookmark will only show the icon for that site.
Step 5. Specify a folder to save the bookmarks
If desired, click the Folder column to select an alternative folder. If saved in the Bookmark Bar, the bookmark will be added to the gray bar that will appear on the New Tab page.
Step 6. Click Done when you are done
Don't worry, you can change these settings later if you want.
Method 2 of 3: Editing Bookmarks
Step 1. Go to the page where you want to edit the bookmark
Step 2. Click the golden star icon in the top right corner (inside the URL field)
Step 3. Edit whatever you want
Click Edit to make advanced edits.
