When your downloaded data accumulates, the data will take up storage space that can be useful for other data. Cleaning your download data regularly will help you increase your storage space and make it easier for you to find the data you need. The process of deleting your data varies depending on the operating system you are using.

Step 3. Perform a search to find data that you don't know the name of
If you can't find the data you're looking for in the Downloads folder, where you know the name of the data, you can use Windows search to try to find it. If Windows can find it then the results will be displayed in the search results section.
