Step 1. Open ConvertFiles.com via an internet browser
Type www.convertfiles.com into your browser's address bar and press Enter or Return on your keyboard.

Step 2. Click the Browse button on the green box
With this button, you can select and upload files from your computer.
Step 3. Upload the MP4 file you want to convert from your computer
Select the video you want to upload in the pop-up window, then click “ Open ” to confirm selection.
Step 4. Select MPEG-4 Video File(.mp4) as input format or “Input”
Click the drop-down menu next to "Input format" and select a video format from the menu.
Step 5. Select QuickTime Movie File(.mov) as output format or “Output”

Select a storage location and click “ Save ” to download the converted MOV video file.
