Shiny Pokémon are extremely rare and you may have to spend a few hours to find them, but there is one Shiny Pokémon in Black 2 and White 2 that you can definitely find if you finish the main storyline first. The Pokémon in question is haxorus, and you can get it by equipping the Unova Pokedex first. See Step 1 below to learn how to catch it.

Step 1. Defeat the Elite Four and the Champion
Before you can find Shiny Hxorus, you need to collect all the Badges in Unova and defeat the Champion. You can reach the Pokémon League and find the Elite Four at the north end of Victory Road.
Step 2. Complete the Unova Pokedex
Another requirement that must be met to get Shiny Haxorus is to complete the Unova Pokedex. This means that you should see all the Pokémon in the Pokedex list. You don't need to catch all of them, but you should see the 297 Pokémon in the Pokedex.
Some of the Pokémon that are excluded are special Event Legendary Pokémon (Victini, Meloetta, Keldeo, and Genesect), and you don't need to see those Pokémon to unlock Haxorus
Step 3. Visit Professor Juniper
After you meet the Unova Pokedex, Professor Juniper will give you a Permit, and you can use it to go to the Nature Preserve.
Professor Juniper can be found in his laboratory in Nuvema Town, where Pokémon Black and White players start the game
Step 4. Prepare your team and supplies
Before you go to catch Haxorus, make sure that your team is ready to catch him. Make sure that you have a Pokémon with the False Swipes skill; this skill allows you to safely reduce Haxorus' blood without killing him, so you can catch him more easily. Also make sure that you have lots of high-level Poke Balls.
- Having a Pokémon with Hypnosis/Sleep Powder or Thunder Wave/Stune Spore skills will make it easier to catch Haxorus.
- Haxorus is a level 60 Pokémon. At this stage of the game, you should have a strong enough team to handle it without any problems, but the main issue to watch out for is that you might accidentally kill it before you can catch it.
Step 5. Go to Mistralton City
You can use the Fly skill to get to this place directly, or you can also visit it via Route 7. The city is dominated by a large airport.
Enter the main terminal building, then talk to the person behind the reception desk. When you show Permit, you will be given permission to fly to Nature Preserve
Step 6. Find Haxorus
Haxorus can be found in the middle of the Nature Preserve. When you land, you will be on the left side of Nature Preserve. Walk towards the bottom of the screen, past the plane. Walk to the right, then up through the gaps between the trees. After going through the gaps in the trees far enough, you'll see Haxorus in the middle of the clearing.
Step 7. Save your game
Haxorus only appears once, and only in this region. You should save your game before fighting it just in case you accidentally kill it. This way, you can reload the game and try again.
Step 8. Start the fight
Go to Haxorus, then press the A button. The battle will start and you will see a sparkle around Haxorus indicating that the Haxorus is a Shiny Pokémon.
- Use some powerful attacks on Haxorus to reduce most of his blood. Be careful when doing this so as not to kill him!
- When Haxorus's blood reaches the red point, attack Haxorus with False Swipes until it has 1 blood left. False Swipes won't kill it, so you can use it without fear.
- Give Sleep or Paralyze status to Haxorus. This will make it easier to catch.
Step 9. Start throwing Poke Balls
When the haxorus has one blood left and has Sleep or Paralyze status, start throwing the best Poke Balls you have at him, for example Ultra Balls. You may have to try it a few times until you catch it.
Warning
- Warning: Once you kill Haxorus, Haxorus will never come back. If you saved the game before the battle started, restart the game by pressing L+R+ Select +Start.
- Keep in mind that Haxorus is only level 60, so try not to kill him.
