Victini is a legendary Pokémon that is available for a limited time in Pokémon Black and Pokémon White. If you can't complete the mission to get it while it's still available, you may feel out of luck. Luckily, if you have Action Replay for the Game Boy, you can use a simple code to activate Victini, so you can catch it. This guide will show you how to enter the code and catch Victini the normal way, i.e. during the arrest period.

Method 1 of 2: Using Action Replay Code
Step 1. Enter the code
If you can't catch Victini during the catch, and nobody wants to trade her, you can use a cheat program, Action Replay, to hack into the Pokémon game, so you can catch Victini. Enter the following codes into the list of AR codes:

- C0000000 0000002F
- 12250030 000001EE
- DC000000 00000004
- D2000000 000000000
Step 2. Start the game
Get ready to fight Victini in the wild. Victini activated using a code can be at any level, even over level 70, so make sure that your Pokémon is able to handle it in battle. Stock up on enough Poké Balls to make sure you catch them.
Step 3. Hold down the Select button
Once the light on the DS comes on, the code has been activated. Walk into the wild grass, and after a while you will be attacked by a wild Victini.
Step 4. Fight against Victini
To catch Victini, you must weaken Victini until her blood reaches a red dot. Use normal attacks to reduce most of his blood, then use weak attacks until his blood reaches a red dot. Once Victini's blood reaches the red dot, try to catch her with a Poké Ball. You may have to try it several times. Once you catch it, Victini will become part of your Pokémon team.
Method 2 of 2: Getting the Liberty Pass
Step 1. Log into Nintendo Wi-Fi on certain dates
To get Victini, you must use DS to log in to the internet on the dates below. That way, you can get the Liberty Pass, which can be used to find Victini:
- Europe - 4 March 2011 to 27 April 2011
- North America - March 6, 2011 to April 27, 2011
- Australia - 10 March 2011 to 28 April 2011
- If you can't connect your DS to the internet in the period listed above, you'll need to get a Victini by exchanging it from another player, or with an Action Replay cheat, as described in Method One.
Step 2. Select Mystery Gift from Main Menu
You can access it through Pokémon White or Pokémon Black. Select Yes when you are asked if you want to start Wireless Communication.
Step 3. Select "Get Via Nintendo WFC"
This option will connect you to Nintendo's servers and start your search for available rewards. The search process may finish after a while. Once the quest is complete, click "Get Liberty Pass". Liberty Pass will be downloaded to your DS.
Step 4. Start the game
After downloading the Liberty Pass, return to the Main Menu, then start loading the game. Find and enter any Pokémon Center in the game, then try talking to the Delivery Man waiting inside. He will give you the Liberty Pass.
Step 5. Go to Castelia City
Castelia City is a large city located at the bottom center of the Unova map. You can reach the city on foot via Route 4. Prepare expensive Poké Balls such as Ultra Balls and Great Balls as Victini is quite difficult to catch.
Step 6. Go to the dock at the far left
Talk to the captain waiting on the ship, then he will take you to Liberty Garden if you have a Liberty Pass.
Step 7. Walk around the lighthouse
Once you arrive, there are several people you can talk to. You have to walk up, then to the right to get around the lighthouse. You will be forced to fight with Team Plasma members halfway to the lighthouse entrance.
There's an Ultra Ball in the trash can on the far left of the island, just below where you entered. You will need to circle the lighthouse to reach the trash can because the direct path to reach it is blocked by crowds. Ultra Ball can simplify the process of capturing Victini
Step 8. Go inside the lighthouse
You'll have to fight a Team Plasma member halfway, then the person on your left will offer to heal all of your Pokémon. Walk down the stairs, then fight another Team Plasma member on the way to Victini.
Team Plasma member Pokémon have levels that range from 15 to 20
Step 9. Talk to Victini
The fight will start when you talk to him. Victini will use Fire elemental attacks, so use a Pokémon that is immune to Fire. Victini is at level 15.
Step 10. Reduce Victini's blood
Use weak attacks to reduce Victini's blood without accidentally killing her. You must reduce Victini's blood to a red dot.
If you kill it by accident, exit the room and then come back in to try again
Step 11. Start throwing Poké Balls
Once Victini's blood reaches the red dot, start trying to catch her. Use powerful Poké Balls such as Ultra Balls and Great Balls. You may have to try several times to catch it. After catching it, Victini will be added to your Pokémon team.

As one of the legendary Pokémon, the odds of catching it are 25/100, so the best thing you can do is use a Poké Ball with a good chance of catching it, such as an Ultra Ball.
There are many types of Poké Balls, so choose the one that works best for you
