You can delete previous entries that appear in search fields and forms on websites using the Settings menu in your browser. It's pretty much the same in most browsers. The Safari browser used on iOS or macOS computers doesn't save entries for searches on websites so you don't have to delete anything. If you want to clear your browsing history so that sites you've visited don't appear in the address bar, check out how to Delete Browsing History.
