Method 1 of 2: Using the Mobile App
Step 1. Open the TikTok app on your iPhone, iPad, or Android
The TikTok icon looks like a white music tone icon with red stripes on a black background. You can find the icon on the home page or in the application menu list on your phone.
Step 2. Tap the Me button at the bottom right
This button looks like a silhouette of a head located in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Its function is to open your profile page.
If you are not logged in automatically, log in first to access your profile
Step 3. Tap on the three-dot icon at the top right
You'll find this button in the upper-right corner of the screen. This will open the “Privacy and Settings” menu on a new page.
Step 4. Tap the Send feedback button under the “Support” text
This option is listed next to the pencil icon in the menu.
Step 5. Choose a reason for contacting TikTok according to the category
You can select any category to see more options.
Step 6. Choose an additional category under the main category
Each category consists of several additional categories. You can choose the most appropriate reason to describe the problem you are experiencing.

Step 7. Tap the Submit button
This button is red and is located at the bottom of the screen. This button will open the “Send feedback” page and allow you to type a message.
Step 8. Type your message in the text field
Tap the text field below “Tell us your feedback” and write your message there.
Optionally, you can tap the gray icon below the message field, then include an image or screenshot in the message
Step 9. Enter your email address in the “Contact Email” field
Tap the field below the message field, then enter a valid email address to receive a response from TikTok.
Step 10. Tap the Send button
It's in the upper-right corner of your screen. This button will send a message to the TikTok customer support team.
Method 2 of 2: Contacting for Business Purposes
Step 1. Open [1] via an internet browser
You can find email contact information for business, advertising, and press purposes here.
Step 2. Open the email box
You can use email via a browser, mobile app, or an app for your computer.
Step 3. Create a new email message
Make sure you include the reason for the contact, as well as describe the problem you're having via email.

Step 4. Enter one of the official TikTok business email addresses into the " To " field
Depending on the reason for the contact, find the correct TikTok contact page address and enter it into the " To " field of the email.
Step 5. Send the email
This method will send your email to the official TikTok address listed in the "To" field.
