Step 1. Understand what will happen if you delete your account
Deletion of this account is permanent. Before proceeding, understand the following points:
- You will not be able to create a new account using Online ID.
- Your entire purchase will be lost. None of the content can be transferred to another account.
- All subscriptions will be terminated.
- The PSN wallet cannot be accessed and the remaining funds will be deleted.
Step 2. Set up account information
PSN accounts can only be deleted by Sony, and they require some of the information below:
- The ID to log into the account, which is your email address.
- Online your PSN ID.
- All security information ever added to protect account.
Step 3. Contact Sony PlayStation support
Support options will vary by location.
