Step 1. Open Instagram

Step 2. Touch the Profile tab
It's in the lower-right corner of the screen once the app is open. The icon looks like a human silhouette.
Step 3. Touch the three horizontal bars (☰) in the upper right corner of the screen
Step 4. Touch the or Gear button
If you are using an Android device, the button “ ⋮ ” is at the bottom of the menu. On the iPhone, this button looks like a gear.
Step 5. Swipe the screen and touch Language
If you are currently using a language you do not understand, the “Language” or “Language” option is the second choice in the second large menu group.
Step 6. Touch the language you want to use
Each language is displayed with its designation in your language, as well as the designation in the original language.
Step 7. Touch Change (for iPhone only)
If you are using an iPhone, touch the “ Change ” to restart Instagram and apply the new language. The Android version of the Instagram app will implement the new language directly.
