VoiceOver is a feature on Mac OS X computers that is useful for reading text aloud and guiding users who are blind or have low vision through menus and actions. You can manage VoiceOver features through the Universal Access menu located under System Preferences.

Method 1 of 2: Disabling VoiceOver on Mac OS X
Step 1. Click the Apple menu, then click "System Preferences"
This will bring up the System Preferences window on the screen.
Step 2. Click "Universal Access" under the System category
Step 3. Click the " Seeing " tab, then click the " Off " radio button next to " VoiceOver"
Now the VoiceOver feature is off and off.
Alternatively, you can enable and disable VoiceOver by simultaneously pressing Command+FN+F5 keys on your keyboard
Method 2 of 2: Disabling VoiceOver on iOS Devices
Step 1. Tap the Home button three times
The screen on your iOS device will display the words "VoiceOver off". Now the VoiceOver feature has been disabled.
