Have you ever been an astronaut? A pioneer? Actress, or former king? Do you want to know who you were in the past? It would be nice if you could talk about your past life. It's easy, simple, and there's no need to invite a hypnotherapist from Hollywood to do this exploration! Just follow these step-by-step instructions and you will experience your past life again in no time!
Step
Method 1 of 3: Do It Yourself
Step 1. Prepare the room
Adjust the temperature in the room so that it is neither too hot nor too cold. Draw the curtains, turn off the TV or radio, turn off your phone, and if you have a sound generator, turn it on until it's loud enough to cover up outside noises. Try setting it up like this:
- Passive voice (white noise). This sound sounds like the TV is turned on without any broadcast from a particular channel.
- Active sound (brown noise). This sound creates an atmosphere in our minds like the sound of the sea waves in the distance.
Step 2. Let your mind relax and find a quiet place
Sit or lie down in a quiet, dark room. Find a time when you are still awake with a calm body and mind. If you feel hungry or distracted, you will have a hard time focusing.
Step 3. Let your body relax
Lie down in bed or in a place of your choice to hypnotize yourself, then allow your body to relax for a few minutes to prepare for your trip.
Step 4. Prepare yourself
Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Lie on your back with your arms at your sides, then surround yourself with a protective light:
- Imagine that all around you is a white light enveloping you. See this light with your mind's eye, shining on the soles of your feet, your feet, your knees, your thighs, your chest and arms, your neck, your face, your head. This white light will protect you from all negative influences. It is a light that symbolizes love, warmth, and enlightenment like a mist that blinds the eyes around you, surrounds you with a brilliant light, and protects you from all bad things.
- Look at this ray with your mind. Feel its warmth, and ask that this light wash over your whole body. Repeat to yourself again, with the words or intentions, "I breathe in a powerful protective energy. This energy will form a protective aura around me. This aura protects me at all times at all costs."
- Say these words to yourself five times for five breaths. After that, focus your mind by visualizing while feeling this energy, to make it brighter and stronger. Keep the next color that comes to mind, then repeat until you're ready to take the next step.
Step 5. Begin your journey
Imagine yourself in a long hallway, with a large door at the end. Take a look at as many details of this hallway as you can, whatever comes to mind.
- This passage you pass is made of gold, full of carvings and Gothic nuances like a cathedral, completely decorated with gemstones, or like in a forest full of arcs of tree branches overhead - just choose what you want. like.
- Whatever form this passage takes in your mind, use it whenever you search for your past life. Imagine this hallway with the hope that if you reach the end, and the moment you touch the big door and turn the knob, you'll find your past life.
Step 6. Walk down this hallway
Take every step in this passage with a purpose. Watch your feet touch the floor, imagining every aspect of your journey as you approach the large door-recognize the smells of this room, the sounds around you, the color of the light, as well as the "scents" around you.
When you finally reach the end of the hall-if you feel ready and don't want to delay any longer-hold the doorknob. Be aware as you do this, feel the texture of the doorknob, and the sound it makes when you turn it. If it's still locked, take a breath, then gently push the door open
Step 7. Welcoming past lives
Accept what you first see behind this door as your presence on your previous journey.
- It can look like something abstract in yellow, or very clear and vivid like a very beloved child in your arms. Use what you see as a basis. Form an image on it. Try to feel. Keep the image in your mind and open yourself up to whatever comes into your mind.
- You may notice this "yellow" forming a carpet. As you walk further into your vision, you may find that the yellow color is sunlight shining on the carpet. Maybe suddenly you realize that this rug is inside a house in London…and so on.
- You may be doubting yourself at this point, but try again to make sure that you are trying to remember your past life.
Step 8. Be patient
If you haven't seen anything yet, try to think about what you've always enjoyed, your favorite hobby, skill, or purpose of your trip. Perhaps you can ask yourself, "Why do I like this activity? Does it have anything to do with past lives?"
- If you still can't get anything, try the shoe method: look at your feet, start with the pair of shoes you're currently wearing, and continue from here. You'll probably see a pair of sandals, and then you realize you're wearing a tunic. You may notice the tiny pointy shoes, and realize that you are wearing a large silk dress.
- If you see yourself in a beautiful house, with a beautiful wife, and you wonder how you got there, you've drifted into the song Talking Heads. Smile and then resume your browsing.
- If you can remember something-even if it's just a pair of shoes-and you're pretty sure that there's something truth to it about, you can start your next meditation starting here. Start each session with what you've already seen. Always try to work from what you already know to what you don't know.
Step 9. Accept what you see
It looks like you are creating these images. Sometimes it is, and you have to keep accepting it as part of the process of remembering your past life.
- These visions are often small pieces of an important truth. You can only be sure if you have done enough meditation to remember past lives, so that you can recognize patterns and details that occur over and over again.
- For now, you have to believe that what you see is true; because otherwise you will not succeed. Your mind which is in charge of doing your analysis will immediately tell you that every image that appears is simply the result of your excessive imagination.
Step 10. Return to the present
Unless you're forced to pull away from an unpleasant memory, what usually happens is a loss of momentum so you haven't succeeded. The pictures stop, or your analytical mind is accidentally triggered by what you see…then it's all over. Finally you have to open your eyes again.
If this doesn't happen, and you're ready to come back to real life, just imagine the hallway where you started. Open the door, then walk down the alley full of gems-or whatever you can imagine-and tell yourself that by the time you get to where you started, you'll feel refreshed again, and you'll be able to reminisce about your past life. in detail and clearly
Method 2 of 3: Using Hypnotherapy
Step 1. See a hypnotherapist
Regressing past lives sometimes requires an unlearned method-one of the most difficult ways is, for example, self-hypnosis. A certified hypnotherapist with special expertise in past life regression has been trained in this area. These are the things they will do if you ask them for help:
- They will play music while they are talking to you in an atmosphere that can put you in a relaxed state, making you feel safe, warm, and comfortable. Let yourself be carried away until you can find peace within yourself.
- Free yourself from the thoughts that are trying to direct you, and let your thoughts come naturally.
- Let the muscles throughout your body relax primarily by releasing tension in your neck and shoulders.
- When you are more relaxed, the therapist who is hypnotizing you will talk about light, flow it through you, enter all parts of your body, and envelop you.
- Once you are ready and fully relaxed, your therapist will open the door to your past life by traveling through time.
- You will be directed to dig through your memory to get as many details as you can remember.
- Maybe you will be transported to your past life while you are still in the womb and born again.
- When you are able to rediscover your past life, your therapist will guide you on this journey by encouraging you to feel what you have remembered, but this time when you wake up again you will know all of your past lives.
- If the session is almost over, your hypnotherapist will help you slowly come to your senses again and return to your current life.
Step 2. Congratulations
You have just experienced your past life.
Method 3 of 3: Understanding Metaphysics
Step 1. Adjust to religious teachings
For most people, living in the past is not a thing to know, but a part of who you are today. In the history of human life, there are cultures that view reincarnation as the basis of their beliefs.
Islam and Christianity do not believe in reincarnation, while Hindus, Judaism, and Buddhism generally believe in reincarnation
Tips
- If you find there is a very disturbing event in your past life, always keep in mind the aura that surrounds you. You can come back as soon as you want. Don't endure and experience each of these terrifying events again.
- During your break, or as soon as you've written down all your thoughts and ideas, think about specific things that might have something "to do" such as language, music (very common), certain places, and smells. You may or may not like these things. This will reveal parts of you that you don't recognize-as well as your past lives.
- Don't practice hypnotizing yourself several days in a row, or too often. If you push yourself too much, you will only get inaccurate memories of your past life. In addition, if you allow enough time between two sessions (a few weeks or a few months), after you look back at your notes you can find that you can recall information about your past life twice in the same way-a strong indication that what you see did happen.
- Be prepared to experience and recognize the vibration of truth from what you see (or feel or smell or hear.) You will understand its truth the moment you encounter this experience. You will experience again the memory of rebirth, and suddenly you will have enlightenment related to what you are experiencing in your life at this moment.
- It may not work right away, so keep trying until you can remember what you've been through.
- Don't try too hard. This should feel like something easy and natural. You shouldn't feel tense while doing it.
- Past life regression has to do with soul memories and soul journeys. your soul. Freud, Jung and other psychologists agree that the subconscious-where all memories and information are stored-will be difficult to reach, but not impossible.
- Use protective words and do the same visualization when you want to experience the effect of "Pavlov's dog."
- If you want to cultivate your mind to be very sensitive to memories of past lives, you can use hyperempirical induction, which is done on the basis of giving special suggestions in terms of alertness, expansion of the mind, increased awareness and sensitivity.
- You can get good results if you use the Best Me Technique to hypnotize yourself to make it easier for you to involve your whole being in understanding the experience of reincarnation.
Warning
- Realize that during past life regression and self hypnosis quite strange things can happen. The common phenomena are usually the same as when traveling out of the body. This sensation will feel like you are floating above your real self, as if you were a spirit hovering over the body you just left lying in bed. Although this is not what is called an experience from a past life, it can bring you closer to spiritual things, thus enabling you to remember your past life more precisely. This experience is usually followed by an increase in heart rate and eye movements such as being in REM (Rapid Eye Movement) because you can "see" the scene around you.
- There are a number of reports of children being able to recall their past lives. Some events, names and places they can remember without them knowing it first. These children are only 2 years old.
- There is an ancient Chinese proverb that says, "It doesn't matter whether the cat is black or white, as long as it catches mice." From the point of view of psychology, it makes no difference whether the experiences experienced as a result of a past life regression through hypnotic induction are real or formed from imaginary experiences. As long as there are people who report that their problems can be resolved by performing past life regression, healing does occur, regardless of any explanation given about this.
- Don't confuse the truth with what you want to see, or as Bob Dylan puts it, "don't mistake heaven for your future home."
- If you see unpleasant images that arise from memories of your past life, realize that you can immediately withdraw from this state and wake up from this self-hypnosis again. Even if you've shielded yourself with a white protective light, you may still see very painful images. Just close your eyes. If you still want to see the unpleasant events of your past life, make sure you only want to see them, not live them again, and that you are safe from sadness or fear in a warm cocoon formed from the light of protection - you will see that life just like a movie being played on stage by professional actors. Tell yourself the incident can no longer hurt you, and will not disappoint you.
- Another common phenomenon is “fragmentation.” Your memory will become clearer, your heart rate will quicken, and you will begin to feel a sensation that makes you very, very small, as if your whole being was made up of dots of consciousness. very small things that pop out of nowhere whenever your eyes are directed. These images that you see will then be fragmented, like a broken window pane. You will probably start to see abstract things, different shapes and forms, like something emerge from a strange dream. Gradually all your past life memories will be taken over by this fragmentation. All experiences will seem confusing but try to take these strange and abstract things as normal. This situation needn't worry you You just have to break free from this picture and stop. Think again about your body (and being in it) so that with automatically you come back into your body.
- Because of different religious understandings, we must remain open to (or at least tolerant of) exploration of memories from past lifetimes as long as this allows us to accept where we are in the present.
- These days, many people in Western cultures choose to be skeptical of past life experiences because reincarnation has yet to be scientifically proven – even though half of the world's population believes in it. (For example, no one has ever returned with ancient currency from Rome through a hypnotic session conducted to learn about his reincarnation journey.)
