This wikiHow teaches you how to download the iTunes program from Apple to a Windows or Mac computer. You can also download the iTunes Store app to your iPhone or iPad if you've ever deleted it, as these programs are usually installed on iOS. The computer version of iTunes is not the same as the iTunes Store app for iPhone and iPad and they have very different functions.

Method 1 of 2: Via Desktop Computer
Step 1. Visit https://www.apple.com/itunes/download via a web browser
If you want to get updates from Apple, type your email address into the field on the left side of the window
Step 2. Click Download now
It's a blue button on the left side of the window.
The site will automatically detect the type of computer used. Otherwise, swipe to the bottom of the page and click “ Get iTunes for Windows " or " Get iTunes for Mac ”.
