Bloody Mary is a delicious and refreshing alcoholic drink. This drink is considered to be the richest drink among other alcoholic drinks because besides being refreshing, this drink also contains tomatoes and other vegetables which are certainly healthy. Ingredients
Classic Bloody Mary
- 120 milliliters of vodka
- 240 milliliters of tomato juice
- English soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of lime juice
- 60 milliliters of pickled cucumber juice
- A few drops of Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce (horseradish sauce)
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (celery salt)
- 2 teaspoons table salt
Another Classic Bloody Mary Variation
- 250 milliliters vodka
- 500 milliliters of tomato juice
- 3 and a half to 4 tablespoons lime juice, squeezed straight from the fruit
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon English soy sauce, or to taste
- Pinch of white pepper
- Ice
- 4 stalks of celery, young and fresh, for garnish
- A few fresh celery leaves, for garnish
Spicy Bloody Mary
- 1 large slice of lime
- Table salt, to taste
- 45 milliliters vodka (choose good quality)
- 240 milliliters of tomato juice
- A pinch of celery salt
- A pinch of white pepper (use crushed white peppercorns)
- 8 drops soy sauce
- 40 milliliters horseradish sauce
- 4 milliliters chili sauce
- Green olives with pimento chili filling, for garnish
- Pickled spicy asparagus, for garnish
- Pickled chickpeas, for garnish
- Crushed ice
White Bloody Mary
- 4 green tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 1 seedless cucumber, cut into small pieces
- 2 stalks of celery, peeled
- Some seedless green grapes
- 1 jalapeo pepper, don't remove the seeds
- 2 tablespoons hot horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 2 lime wedges, for garnish
- Crushed ice
- 60-80 milliliters cold vodka
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 3 slices of cucumber
Southwestern Bloody Mary
- 710 milliliters canned vegetable juice
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon coriander, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon hot horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon canned chipotle chilies, finely chopped and don't remove the seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 160 milliliters cold vodka
- 6 stalks of celery, leave the leaves
- 6 pieces of red chili
- Crushed ice

Method 1 of 5: Classic Bloody Mary
Step 1. Coat the rim of the glass with lime juice
You can directly rub the lime pieces around the rim of the glass.
Step 2. Cover the rim of the glass with table salt
The lime juice attached to the rim of the glass will function as a 'glue' that holds the table salt, so that the table salt can stick to the rim of the glass.
Step 3. Mix all ingredients in a tumbler or shake bottle
Pour in 120 milliliters of vodka, 240 milliliters of tomato juice, 2 milliliters of English soy sauce, 3 tablespoons lime juice, 60 milliliters of pickled cucumber juice, a few drops of Tabasco sauce, 1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, and a little pepper powder into the tumbler.
Step 4. Whisk all ingredients
Shake the tumbler for about 15 to 20 seconds so that all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 5. Fill the glass with ice

Put one celery stick into a glass as a garnish.
Method 2 of 5: Another Classic Bloody Mary Variation
Step 1. Take four glasses and fill each one with ice until the glass is half filled
Step 2. There are two methods of mixing ingredients that you can choose to make a Bloody Mary:
- 1: Put all ingredients in a blender (except ice and celery for garnish). Turn on the blender until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.
- 2: Put all ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake.
Step 3. Pour the mixture into the glass you previously filled with ice
If necessary, you can filter the mixture first before pouring it into the glass.

Add one celery stalk and chopped celery leaves to each glass. Drinks are ready to be served.
Method 3 of 5: Spicy Bloody Mary
Step 1. Coat the rim of the glass with lime juice
Step 2. Cover the rim of the glass with table salt
The salt will stick to the rim of the glass that has been smeared with lime juice and, in turn, will add an interesting sensation to your drink.
Step 3. Put the basic ingredients into a glass
Combine vodka, tomato juice, celery salt, crushed white peppercorns, English soy sauce, white radish sauce, and chili sauce in a glass.

Step 1. Put some ingredients in a blender
First, put the green tomatoes, seedless cucumbers, peeled celery sticks, green grapes, and jalapeo peppers in a blender. Puree the ingredients until they become pure.
Step 2. Strain the puree that has been made
Use a cheesecloth as a sieve and prepare a large bowl for your puree.
Step 3. Pour the puree into a colander
Step 4. Store the bowl in the refrigerator during the filtering process
Wait until the filtering process is complete and the pure extract is collected.
Step 5. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator
Step 6. Put the horseradish sauce, powdered sugar, and two lime wedges in a drink container or pitcher
Mix the ingredients using a wooden spatula.
Step 7. Put the tomato puree extract into the pitcher

Step 8. Add vodka to the mixture
Add two handfuls of crushed ice and stir again until all ingredients are combined.

Add one sliced cucumber and a few pieces of green grapes for each glass. The rest of the drink in the pitcher can later be poured back into the glass.

Step 1. Put all the ingredients into the pitcher, then mix the ingredients until evenly distributed

The cooling process can take as fast as 2 hours, but for best results you can refrigerate it overnight.

Tips
- Have fun in the process of making Bloody Mary. You will experiment a lot with the recipe.
