Sassy water (sassy water) is the nickname of a variety of processed water given by "Prevention" magazine in honor of the inventor, Cynthia Sass, who created it for the "Flat Belly Diet" program. Sassy water is an energy drink with a better taste than plain water. The ginger content in sassy water actually helps calm the digestive system, as long as it contains almost no calories.
Making your own sassy water at home is an easy thing to do and will probably get the whole family excited. This article provides a choice of two sassy water recipes, one of which is an original version made by Chyntia Sass and the other focuses on mandarin oranges (arrowroot) and other herbal ingredients.
