- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (1 cup/cup = 240 ml)

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)

Gluten Free Pancake Dough
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 4 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
- 1 pack sugar substitute
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 cups water

Method 1 of 2: Basic Pancake Dough
Step 1. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl
After that, slowly pour the milk into the mixture and mix well.
Step 2. Add eggs, vanilla and vegetable oil
Beat the dough well until there are no more lumps.
Step 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
Coat the pan with non-stick oil spray, butter, or vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
Step 4. Pour the batter into the pan and cook until each side is golden brown
Use a spatula to flip the pancakes over and lift them when they are cooked.
Step 5. Serve Immediately
Add fruit, maple syrup, whipped cream, or powdered sugar if desired.

Add the eggs, water and oil and beat the dough until large lumps disappear.
Step 2. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat

Step 3. Put the mixture in the pan and cook until bubbles form
Flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Step 4. Serve Immediately
Add maple syrup, fruit, whipped cream, walnuts, and other toppings if desired.
