Pocky Games is a party game played with Pocky sticks, chocolate-covered biscuits or candy from Japan. One participant bit the Pocky stick between his lips, and the other participant bit the other side. Both competitors must try to eat Pocky's stick all the way to the center of the stick without dropping it, and the one who can hold the stick the longest is the winner. The game usually ends with the two participants kissing. If you can find a partner who doesn't mind being kissed, you'll be a master of Pocky in no time.

Part 1 of 2: Setting Up the Game
Step 1. Buy a few packs of Pocky
Pocky is a sweet cake of various flavors from Japan. You can buy it at the nearest store. Pocky milk chocolate flavor is the most popular, but Pocky is also available in other flavors, such as green tea, strawberry, or Oreo.
If you can't find Pocky, stick cakes can be an alternative
Step 2. Choose a partner who doesn't mind being kissed
If you play in a group, the rules of the game will not change. Two pairs can play at the same time. Then, the winners of the two games will fight each other in the next round.
- Pocky games usually end with participants kissing each other. So, choose a co-star who doesn't mind being kissed.
- This opportunity can be used to chat with your crush or strengthen relationships with close friends.
Step 3. Propose a Pocky game at the party
Pocky Games is a fun (and sexy!) party game. Bring a few packs of Pocky to the party then suggest playing this game. You might ask, "Has anyone played a game of Pocky?" People may be enthusiastic or curious about your question. Whatever the response, people will be interested in hearing you explain the rules of the game.
This game can also be played on other occasions, for example when staying overnight
Step 4. Brush your teeth and make sure your breath is fresh
Since you will be face to face with other people, be sure to brush your teeth to keep your breath from smelling. If you don't bring a toothbrush, chewing gum can be an alternative.
- Remove the gum before the game starts so it doesn't stick to the Pocky stick.
- Make sure you are healthy while playing. Do not play this game when you are sick. Brushing your teeth can't prevent disease from spreading.
Part 2 of 2: Playing the Game
Step 1. Turn your face towards your opponent
The posture of both participants must be the same. If you are standing, your opponent must also stand. Bring your faces together until they are about 30 cm apart.
Make sure both of you are comfortable. If playing while standing is uncomfortable, change position to sitting
Step 2. Place the Pocky stick between the two participants
Both participants bite the opposite sides of Pocky's stick. The Pocky stick will look like a straight line connecting the mouths of the two participants. Don't break the stick before the game starts. Count down from three to start the game.
- Only one side of the Pocky stick is covered in chocolate, the other is not. The brown side doesn't affect the game.
- If played in a group, ask people who are not playing to count down and start the game.
Step 3. Eat your sides all the way to the center
Both participants must eat each side up to the center of Pocky's stick. Do not drop the stick in this process.
If Pocky's stick falls, pick up another stick. If played in a group then both of you are declared losers and must leave the game
Step 4. Don't let go of your bite
The mouths of the two participants will be very close to the center of the Pocky stick. The first to release the bite is declared defeated. Don't laugh and let go of your bite when you're close to each other. Often times, the two participants do not let go of the bite, and end up kissing. If this happens, both participants are declared winners!
