The main menu of the most successful shooter game Call of Duty: Black Ops, shown from a first-person perspective, with a character strapped to a chair in a dark room. Most players go through this process to start playing, but some curious players realize that they can get off the torture chair and activate some interesting things as they do so.
Step
Step 1. Instead of selecting Campaign, Multiplayer, Zombie, or Option, look down at the chair
Use the right stick on the Xbox 360 or PS3, or use the mouse on the PC to look down. You'll see your character's hands are tied to the chair.
Step 2. Quickly click your “hand” button until the hand releases
You'll see your character struggle to break free for a while before finally breaking free. The controls used are:

Xbox 360:
Xbox 360: Pull the right and left triggers back and forth quickly.

PS3:
Press R2 and L2 quickly.

PCs:
Click the spacebar and right-click on the mouse quickly.

Wii:
Shake the nunchuck and stick back and forth rapidly.
Step 3. Walk around the room looking for a computer
Escape from the torture chair allows you to explore the room you are trapped in, and enter unique codes into the little black computer behind the chair. You can press the select button, written in the lower-right corner of the screen, to return to the menu at any time.
Step 4. Enter some codes into the computer to activate special secrets and hidden games
There are two game specials hidden within Black Ops, in addition to a few other secrets. To find it, type the following codes.
- 3ARC INTEL will give you all the Intel in the game.
- DOA activated Dead-Ops Arcade zombie shooter game for 4 players.
- ZORK activates an 80s-style text-based adventure game.
- 3ARC UNLOCK gives you Presidential Zombie mode.
