This wikiHow teaches you how to see a list of users who have viewed your Story posts on Snapchat.
Step
Step 1. Open Snapchat
This application is marked by a yellow box icon with a white ghost which is usually displayed on the home screen or one of the folders on the home screen. Automatically, the Snapchat camera window will be opened.
Install the Snapchat app and create an account first if you haven't already
Step 2. Swipe the camera window to the left
Snapchat always shows the camera window when opened. After sliding the window to the left, the “Stories” page will open.
Alternatively, you can tap the “Stories” button in the lower right corner of the camera window. This button looks like three dots inside a triangle. Once touched, you will be taken to the same page
Step 3. Touch next to Story content
Content is shown at the top of the “Stories” page. Once touched, the button will expand the list of all your uploaded Story content.
You need to check the audience for each content separately
Step 4. Touch the eyeball icon next to the content
A list of all users who viewed the upload will be displayed.
- Swipe down to see the full list of Snapchat users who viewed the upload. The list is displayed in reverse chronological order. The names on the bottom row of the list are the users who first saw the upload, while the names on the top row are the users who have just seen the upload.
- Tap the arrow icon that is next to the eyeball icon, in the upper-left corner of the screen. A list of all users who took screenshots of your Story content will be displayed.
- You can edit your privacy settings to specify who can see uploaded Story content.
Tips
- If you don't see a “Chat” option at the bottom of someone's Story content, that user usually only accepts chat requests from people they follow.
- If a user is bothering you on Snapchat, block that user and report it via the https://support.snapchat.com/en-US/i-need-help page. If you experience harassment or violence, seek immediate help from the authorities, including law enforcement and mental health professionals.
