Method 1 of 2: On Facebook App (iPhone)
Step 1. Open the Facebook app
Step 2. Touch the button
It's a button with three horizontal lines in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Step 3. Touch the page you are managing
The list of pages you can access is at the top of the screen.
Step 4. Touch the post to view the comments section
All hidden comments will be shown in gray text.
Step 5. Touch and hold the comment with gray text
After that, the menu will be displayed.
Step 6. Touch Unhide (“Show”)
The comments will then be displayed again on the public page.
Method 2 of 2: On Facebook Desktop Site
Step 1. Visit www.facebook.com
Step 2. Sign in to your account if prompted
Step 3. Click the drop-down arrow
It's an arrow icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, next to the question mark icon.
Step 4. Click the page you are managing
Step 5. Search for posts with hidden comments
The comments will appear in gray text.
If there is only one comment on the post, click the blue three-dot button to show hidden comments
Step 6. Click Unhide (“Show”)
This option is below the comment and appears in gray text. After that, the comment will be displayed again on the public page.
