Method 1 of 2: Using Emoji
Step 1. Open the messaging app
You can insert a heart emoji in most apps that allow text typing, such as messaging apps and social media.
Step 2. Touch the typing field
The keyboard will be displayed on the screen afterwards.
Step 3. Touch the globe button
It's in the lower-left corner of the keyboard. After that, the emoji keyboard will be displayed.

Step 4. Touch the symbol icon
It's in the row of icons at the bottom of the screen, near the far right. You can see it between the bulb and flag icons.
Step 5. Touch the heart
After that, the heart symbol will be displayed in the typing field.
Step 6. Submit or upload symbols
Now, the symbol will be displayed in the message or upload.

Step 1. Open the messaging app

Now you can see the text <3 in the typing field. This text looks like a sideways heart shape.
Step 8. Submit or upload the heart symbol
The heart symbol will now appear in messages or uploads. Some apps automatically replace the text with a colored heart icon.
