Make watermelon juice to quench your thirst on a hot day. You can use one of the recipes below to extract the juice from watermelon by blending it or heating it. You can also make a refreshing mixture of pomegranate and watermelon juice.

Method 1 of 5: Watermelon Juice Blender
Step 1. Gather the ingredients
You need:
- 1 seedless watermelon
- Powdered sugar or honey to taste
- Cold water and ice
Step 2. Place the watermelon on the cutting board
Peel the watermelon and slice it with a sharp knife into 2.5 cm pieces.
Step 3. Put the watermelon in a bowl, rubber container or plate
Use a fork instead of your hands to keep it from falling apart.
Step 4. Put the watermelon in the blender
Add powdered sugar or honey if you wish.
- Blend the watermelon chunks and the sweetener and check the consistency.
- Add water to make a thinner juice and add ice cubes for a thicker juice.

Method 2 of 5: Heated Watermelon Juice
Step 1. Gather the ingredients
You need:
- 7 sprigs of mint leaves
- Juice of 1½ lemons
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 small seedless watermelons
Step 2. Cut off the watermelon rind from the flesh
Slice the flesh into 2.5 cm pieces.
Step 3. Blend the watermelon pieces, mint leaves and lemon juice until the mixture is smooth
Step 4. Pour the watermelon mixture through a sieve into the saucepan
Press the watermelon with a wooden spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Mix the juice with sugar.
Step 5. Heat your pan on the stove over medium-low heat
Heat the juice to a slow boil, but don't let it boil.
Step 6. Continue to simmer the juice slowly
Taste often to see how it develops. When the juice is ready, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
Step 7. Pour watermelon juice into a container and chill in the fridge
Serve the cooled juice in a tall glass over ice cubes. Garnish with mint leaves.
Method 3 of 5: Pomegranate and Watermelon Juice
Step 1. Gather the ingredients
For two people you will need:
- 625 grams of seedless watermelon
- 2 pomegranates
- 200 grams of fresh raspberries
- Ice
Step 2. Peel the watermelon and cut it into small pieces
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate, setting aside a little for garnish.
Step 3. Put the watermelon flesh into a juicer or blender
Add the pomegranate seeds and raspberries then blend the mixture until smooth.
Step 4. Pour this watermelon-pomegranate juice over ice cubes in a tall glass
Place some pomegranate and raspberry seeds on top of the juice as a garnish.

Tips
- If you can't find a seedless watermelon, cut a regular watermelon into quarters. Find the seed line and cut along it with a paring knife. Remove the part you cut off and use a fork to scrape off any seeds that are still stuck to the watermelon.
- Always use ripe watermelon for juicing. If you like it sweet, choose a sweeter type of watermelon such as the sugar baby variety.
- Fresh mint leaves add a colorful addition to watermelon juice. Add a few clean mint leaves to the juice while it is blending.
- Let the white skin of the watermelon stick to the flesh; because it contains more vitamins and nutrients than red meat.
