Start by having a standard 8-hour sleep schedule on a regular schedule (at the same time every night), do it for a few weeks. What do you feel? Some people may only need 6 hours of sleep, others may need more like 10 hours! You may be able to experiment, but give your body a chance and give it plenty of time to adjust before you decide.

Eating a healthy diet is essential to keeping you feeling strong, healthy, active and ready to take on the day. Food is also very influential on depression! If you drink a lot of drinks like coffee or energy drinks, or take "supplements" that increase your energy, you may want to consider that this may be part of the problem. Caffeine is an additive and while it may provide your body with temporary energy, it will break down later as your body will need more of the substance. Consider time to clean yourself up, to see if that is part of your problem.

Sometimes it's hard to find free time, but exercising is one of the best ways to make you feel more active. Jogging for 15 minutes in the morning can help you be more active!
