Apple ID is used to gain access to almost all Apple products and services. You need an Apple ID to make purchases on iTunes and the App Store, and that Apple ID gives you access to iCloud and backup services for your iDevice. Creating an Apple ID only takes a few minutes, and it's completely free. Follow this guide to learn how.
Step
Method 1 of 3: Using the Website
Step 1. Navigate to the Apple ID creation page
A quick internet search for the word "Apple ID" will lead you to the right page. Click the "Create an Apple ID" button. Creating an Apple ID is free.
Step 2. Enter your primary email address
To create an Apple ID, you must enter a valid email address. This will be used as a contact email, and will also be your Apple ID. When you log into a service that requires an Apple ID, you will enter this email address and the password you created.
Step 3. Create a strong password
Your Apple ID will be used to record your purchase transactions, as well as a lot of information about the Apple devices you use. Make sure that your password is secure, and contains numbers and symbols to make it stronger.
Step 4. Enter your security question and birthday
This will be used if you forget your password and have to request a new password. Apple will use this information to verify your identity before sending you a new password.

Apple requires this information for any purchases you may make with this Apple ID. They use your mailing address to find out where the people who use their products live.
Step 6. Select the email you will receive
Apple will automatically enable this option so that you receive newsletters and product updates via the email you provide. If you prefer not to accept it, uncheck the box.
