This wikiHow teaches you how to contact Yahoo. You can use online tools to report spam or violence. If you want to solve a simple account problem, you can use the help center (Help Center). There is no phone number or email address that can be used to contact a Yahoo employee or officer so if you see a phone number labeled as a Yahoo support number, don't call it. Note that you can also change or reset your account password without contacting Yahoo.

Method 1 of 2: Reporting Spam or Violence
Step 1. Go to the Email a Specialist Yahoo page
You can report problems with your Yahoo account via this page. This page is the only intermediary that can be used to contact Yahoo services directly.
Step 2. Enter your Yahoo email address
In the " Yahoo ID " field at the top of the page, enter your Yahoo account email address.
Step 3. Add an email address
In the "Email address that you have access to" field, enter the current email address. You can enter your usual Yahoo account, or add a separate account (eg a Gmail account).
Step 4. Re-enter your email address
Enter the address in the " Re-enter the email address… " field.
Step 5. Provide a detailed description
In the "Detailed description of the issue" field, enter a message describing the problem, the steps that have been taken to prevent it, and any other details that you think may help Yahoo to reach an accurate conclusion.
Step 6. Enter the annoying Yahoo email address
Type the spam or harassing email address into the " Yahoo ID of the person you are reporting " field.
Make sure you enter the address correctly because typing or typing the wrong address can result in other users' accounts being suspended or marked as spam
Step 7. Check the box " I'm not a robot"
This option is at the bottom of the page.
Step 8. Click Create Request
It's a blue button at the bottom of the page. After that, the email will be sent.
Step 9. Wait for Yahoo to give you a reply message

Step 1. Go to the Yahoo Help Center page
Visit https://help.yahoo.com/ in your browser. You can't contact Yahoo through the help center, but you can get solutions to common problems with Yahoo accounts.
Step 2. Click the See More tab
It's in the top-right corner of the page. After that, a drop-down menu will be displayed.
Step 3. Select the appropriate product
On the drop-down menu, click the product you are using (and need some help with). After that, the product help page will be displayed.
For example, if you need help with an account, you need to click the link “ Account ”.
Step 4. Choose the appropriate topic
Under the " BROWSE BY TOPIC " section on the left side of the page, click a topic related to the product you are using. After that, a list of source articles will be displayed in the center of the page.
Step 5. Select the appropriate source
Click one of the resources displayed in the middle of the page. After that, the source page will be opened.
Step 6. Read the displayed page
Depending on the clicked source, what is shown will vary. In most sources, you will usually find a list of hints, suggestions, and/or information on the topic in question.

Step 7. Follow the instructions shown
