All students need an occasional break. Unfortunately, teachers and nurses in schools have years of experience to recognize the signs and symptoms of false illness. So, the best way to get time off is to be sent home from school. You could fake symptoms of an infectious disease or point out an embarrassing medical condition. Whatever the choice, you must dare to commit and be consistent so that you can go home and watch TV during study hours.
Step
Method 1 of 4: Indicating an Embarrassing Medical Condition
Step 1. Choose an embarrassing disease
You have to choose a disease that is common, but often hidden because it's embarrassing. This will make your story even more credible because the nurse or school staff feel you won't admit something embarrassing unless you really need help. Some examples are:
- Diarrhea
- Uncontrolled stomach gas
Step 2. Prepare to talk to the teacher
You must be able to convince the teacher that you are not feeling well. However, before doing so, make sure your story is believable by going back and forth to the toilet several times. Give it a break of about 20-30 minutes. If the teacher asks, say that your stomach feels "a little weird."
Step 3. Approach your teacher privately
After going to the toilet a few times, ask the teacher for permission to go home. Make sure you appear very embarrassed about your condition and talk to the teacher face-to-face. Don't immediately say that you have diarrhea or a stomach ache. However, provide a different picture, such as:
- "I've been going back and forth to the toilet today because of a stomach ache. I'm constantly urinating a lot. I want to lie down for a bit, sir."
- "Sorry sir, I go back and forth to the toilet. I'm embarrassed, but still pee. I don't want my friends to laugh at me."
Step 4. Create a consistent story
You usually have to pass one more hurdle before being allowed to go home. These barriers are nurses or school staff. As long as your story doesn't fluctuate and shows that you're really embarrassed, you'll usually be sent home from school right away.
- Emphasize the fact that your stomach hurts and you want to lie down.
- You may need to spray fake smells all over your body when no one is looking. These sprays can usually be purchased at magic supply stores, toy stores, and online stores.
Method 2 of 4: Faking a Fever
Step 1. Master the symptoms
Your ability to outsmart the thermometer is the key to faking a fever. If you admit to feeling various symptoms, such as dizziness, headaches, and nausea, your lies can easily be exposed. It's a good idea to select only one symptom, such as a headache, as well as a feeling associated with that symptom. For example, you could say:
- "My head hurts and every time I stand up I feel a little dizzy. This has never happened to me. Is it normal? I don't feel well, sir."
- "My stomach is churning. I don't know why, last night I suddenly felt sick and this morning I had to go back and forth to the toilet. Can I lie down for a moment?"
Step 2. Find access to the school thermometer
If you have access to a school clinic, you can outsmart the thermometer. This thing is the key to getting you back home. Don't change your symptoms. After you leave class, tell the teacher that you have a fever and need a thermometer.
Step 3. Find a heat source or raise your body temperature
This process requires discreet planning. You should not be caught outsmarting your body temperature. If you get caught, you probably won't be able to go home. When tweaking the thermometer, don't raise the temperature too high. The body temperature of a sick person is generally between 37.5°C and 37.78°C. To fake the thermometer temperature, do this:
- Do some light exercise before coming to the school clinic. This method will naturally raise body temperature.
- Drink warm water before entering the school clinic.
- Hold the thermometer near a heat source, such as a table lamp.
Step 4. Mention your complaints and symptoms again
Consistency is key; repeating something will make it sound more convincing. After telling the same thing over and over again to nurses and school staff, you may be sent home, even if your temperature is normal.
Step 5. Stay calm
When you hear the words “We're going to call your parents”, don't overreact. If you cheer and celebrate, you won't be able to use this trick anymore. You could even get into serious trouble.
Method 3 of 4: Claiming to Have an Infectious Disease
Step 1. Understand the rules at school
Even though some schools have different rules, in general students who suffer from infectious diseases will be sent home to keep other students safe. Eye pain is ideally used in this context because it is highly contagious and easy to fake.
Step 2. Prepare ingredients to fake eye pain
This equipment should be stored for use when you are on the toilet or during breaks. To fake an eye sore, you'll need:
- Red lipstick OR
- hair gel
Step 3. Apply a fake eye shadow product
If you're using red lipstick, wear it sparingly; Excessively red blemishes around the eyes can expose your lies. So, use these products in the bathroom. Rub lipstick on one of your eyelids. If you use hair gel, dab a small amount on your eyelids.
Step 4. Find a scapegoat
If you suddenly admit eye pain, the teacher or nurse at the school clinic will be suspicious. However, if you blame someone who is really sick, like your cousin who came over to the house last weekend, or a younger sibling who is still in kindergarten, you will be more trusted.
Method 4 of 4: Taking Ipecac to Vomit
Step 1. Purchase Ipecac syrup at the nearest pharmacy
Most local pharmacies sell over-the-counter vomiting stimulants. Ipecac syrup is made from a plant that contains substances that irritate the digestive system and trick the brain into making you feel like throwing up.
This is the most convincing way to get the school to send you back. The teacher will think you are sick and let you go home as soon as possible
Step 2. Check the instructions for use on the label
Each brand of Ipecac syrup that you buy usually includes specific instructions for use that must be followed. Drinking too much Ipecac syrup can cause serious health problems, such as heart and muscle damage.
Step 3. Drink the syrup with a full glass of water
Usually, you will need to drink a full glass or two of water to help the Ipecac syrup react. Keep Ipecac syrup in your locker. This way, you can ask permission to drink or take a book from the locker, then drink Ipecac silently.
Step 4. Don't drink milk or carbonated drinks
Milk and dairy-based food products can counteract the effects of Ipecac. So, stay away from these drinks or foods before taking Ipecac. Meanwhile, carbonated drinks can cause swelling in the stomach so that the stomach feels uncomfortable.
Step 5. Increase the dose of the medicine if you don't vomit within 20-30 minutes
Usually, Ipecac syrup will react in less than half an hour. If you don't feel anything, you can take another dose of the drug with a glass or two of water.
Never exceed the dosage indicated on the medicine package
Step 6. Find the right vomit location for the best effect
While throwing up in the bathroom is enough to get permission to go home, if you want to be one hundred percent successful, throw up in class or in front of your teacher. Since the effect of Ipecac syrup is very quick, make sure you can easily reach the trash can to throw up.
Tips
- Don't get caught when you fake an illness. Otherwise, it will be more difficult for you to get sick leave, and risk getting punished by school.
- You can eat sugar-free gum or chew sugar-free gum to get diarrhea. However, remember that you will get really sick if you use this method!
