There is a right and wrong way to do almost anything. No exception with drinking liquor. Here are some of the best tips for avoiding the worst risks of alcohol consumption.

Method 1 of 3: Prepare Yourself before Drinking
Step 1. Meet the body's need for fluids
Alcohol can dehydrate you. So, it is important to make sure that you have adequate fluid levels. Your system will be better prepared for intoxication if you are properly hydrated before drinking alcohol.
