This article teaches you how to display iPhone storage usage as well as music and apps downloaded on the device.

Part 1 of 3: Displaying Storage Usage
Step 1. Open iPhone Settings
This icon is a gray gear on the home screen.
Step 2. Tap General
It's at the top of the Settings page.
Step 3. Tap on Storage & iCloud Usage
You'll find this option near the bottom of the screen when you open General.
Step 4. Tap on Manage Storage under “Storage“
Here are the options Manage Storage first on the page.
The bottom of the information (information) relates to iCloud. Downloads from iCloud are not stored directly on the iPhone
Step 5. Scroll through the storage information
Here, you'll see every app that's on your phone. To the right of each app, you'll see the amount of data it consumes (eg 1 GB or 500 MB).
Since there is no "Downloads" folder on the iPhone, all downloads (e.g. documents) are routed to the respective application (e.g. attachments in messages increase the size of the Messages app)
Part 2 of 3: Displaying Downloaded Music
Step 1. Open iPhone Music
This icon is a musical note on a white background.
Step 2. Tap Downloaded Music
It's above the "Recently Added" heading on the Library page.
Maybe you need to tap Library in the lower left corner of the screen first.
Step 3. Tap on the music option
These options include:
- Playlists (playlist)
- Artists (artist)
- Albums (album)
- Songs (song)
Step 4. Scroll down to browse the downloaded music
All the music on your iPhone's hard disk will be displayed here.
Part 3 of 3: Displaying Downloaded Apps
Step 1. Open the iPhone App Store
This icon is the letter "A" on a light blue background.
Step 2. Tap Updates
It's in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Step 3. Tap Purchased
It's at the top of the screen.
Step 4. Tap My Purchases
Step 5. Show downloaded apps
All apps with text OPEN on the right is currently open on the phone, while the app with the cloud and the arrow pointing down has already been downloaded but is no longer on the phone.
