Have you ever watched a full movie on YouTube broken up into 15 minute sections? With YouTube Downloader and video merging programs, you can now take all the parts of a video, and combine them into a feature-length film!

Step
Step 1. Go to the YouTube Downloader site, or visit a popular download site for the program
Download the latest version. The program's setup file is small and only takes a few minutes to download. A paid Pro version is also available, but the free version is sufficient for most users.
Step 2. Install the program
During the installation process, the program will try to install a toolbar and some advertising programs. Make sure to disable all extras during the installation process, as these can be difficult to remove after installation.
Step 3. Find the video you want on YouTube
Copy the URL from the address box in the browser. Open YouTube Downloader and select the Downloads tab. Copy and paste the link to the above field. Select the video quality from the drop-down menu, and set a location to save the video file on your computer. After that click the big Download button.
Repeat this process for all the videos you want to download
Step 4. Find a free video linker
There are various free programs available for merging multiple movie files. This is especially useful if the movie you downloaded from YouTube has multiple sections. Search the internet with the keywords "video join" or "merge video", also read the reviews until you find a program that suits your needs.
Most free programs will install a toolbar into the browser. Always make sure what is installed during the process of setting up this program
Step 5. Load all videos from YouTube into video converter
Make sure that all the videos are loaded in the correct order.
Step 6. Run the conversion process
If you're going to be watching videos on an iPhone or iPad, make sure the videos are converted to MP4 format during the merging process. This will ensure that the video can be played on your device.
Step 7. Test the video
After the merging process is complete, test the videos on your computer to make sure they play in the correct order. Do this before deleting the original video file, just in case you have to re-edit the video.
Tips
- Do not close the main YouTube Downloader window, as the video will also close and stop the download.
- If the video doesn't appear when you add it to iTunes, look it up in the search box (make sure you're in the videos section). Re-add if you still can't find it.
