Once you've caught Feebas, it's time to evolve him into Milotic! Feebas must have a max beauty level in order to evolve. This can be done by feeding Pamte berry (the most effective berry to increase the level of beauty).
Step
Step 1. Defeat the Elite Four
This step is mandatory if you want to talk to the Berry Master's wife. Defeating the Elite Four will add the word " Contest " to your vocabulary.
Step 2. Have Feebas in your team
If you don't have one, you'll need to catch it or barter first.
Step 3. Have lots of Pamtre berry
One way to get it is to go to the Berry Master's house on route 123 and talk to the Berry Master's wife. He will ask you to say a phrase. Say "Challenge Contest", and he will give you a Pamtre berry.
Step 4. Plant the berries repeatedly until you have 5 berries
It usually takes 3 days for everything to grow.
Step 5. Go to Berry Blend and blend the berries into Pokéblocks
Step 6. Feed Feebas all Pokéblocks, or until his beauty is maxed out (level 170)
Step 7. Level up Feebas, either through Rare Candy or through Experience Points
Tips
Other berries that can enhance beauty are Kelpsy, Hondew, Cornn, and Wiki, although not as effective as Pamtre
Warning
- If Feebas' nature is impish, careful, or adamant, only high-level Pokéblocks have an impact on Feebas. This is because most Pokéblocks that increase the beauty level are blue and feel dry. Pokémon that have all three of these traits don't want to eat dry Pokéblocks.
- If you give too many Pokéblocks, Feebas won't want to eat them anymore. The maximum number you can give is 12 pieces. This is why it is recommended that you feed the most effective Pokéblocks.
